I wonder how many teams in SE Texas still observe the true 2 a day workout of 2-3 hour practice in the AM and a 2-3 hour practice late afternoon / early evening?

Seems like many schools are using 2 practice sessions in the AM with a short break between the 2 practice sessions.

i know if its the same as the last 3 years west hardin has 1 long practice.....1 and a half hour break....well 1 hour weights 30 min sit down and rehydrate and eat a lil if ur stomach can handle it...yeah the weights is our break...but it helps

In Kountze we go out and pretty much run 1 hour and 30 min thin get a thirty minute break and go out and do it again!
