Stephenville open - Houston area related

Stephenville is open. Matt Stepp had indicated both yesterday and today that they seem to be targeting a Houston area coach.

Is chapel hill even open? Matthew Stepp who posts all the time about job openings hasn't said anything about it being open. I've seen and heard about Stephenville being open, but nothing about CH.
