Expand Scenario 4 won't happen. Simmons will not take the job without both ad and head football coach. The job likely will start in the mid 80k range and that's with both head coach and AD titles.

Is this about controlling the hiring & athletic budget because some non football people believe their sports should get equal or more $$$ as football? Ive been to booster club meetings & trust me all the other sports do get taken care of. This should be about whats best for the whole athletic program & the best football coach for the town of Nederland. Head Basketball coach position is filled & program is in fine shape, no need to mess with a good thing right??? bulldog81 1
