There will be a huge 25-2A game this Tuesday in Evadale.  Start time for the game will be at 6.  Both teams have had very successful seasons thus far.

Dallardsville Big Sandy was a pre-season top 20 pick.  They currently sit at 13th in the THSB poll.  They have one player that has already committed to play at the next level, Sr. Ethan Cherry (UT-Tyler).  They also have the returning district MVP in Austin Hendrix.  They currently have a record of 19-3-1.

The Evadale Rebels are currently 14-6.  They were just outside the top 20 in the pre-season polls.  Their roster primarily consists of underclassmen.  They started the season with a tough pre-season schedule that saw them battling to stay close to the .500 mark.

These teams have shared the district title for the last four years.  The Rebels were able to slide 2 runs across late in the game against the Wildcats picking up a 2-0 victory at Big Sandy.  Rebel Diamond will be packed Tuesday night and we welcome all out to Evadale for a great night of baseball.

Officially game day!  Field got a lot of rain on Monday, and the boys worked hard on getting it prepared.  Looking forward to a great game, and a PACKED set of stands on both sides.  6 o'clock won't get here soon enough.

Wouldn't you know we have our first Spring basketball game at LCM tonight at 6:30.   Will be looking forward to your updates.  GO REBELS!

Field is a little wet, especially right field.  Coaches and players have put in a lot of hours preparing it.  Sun is shining bright right now and that steam is coming out.

Dallardsville Big Sandy will send junior Austin Hendrix to the mound for Wildcats.  Evadale will send junior Daniel Bean to the bump.  These two always lock up for epic battles.  This one usually comes down to who can get the timely hits.  The Rebels have been swinging the sticks well lately, led by Chase Simmons, Parker Moye, Coy Williams, Tyler Torres, Paxton Bryan and Micah Sanchez.  Cade Flowers has had several quality AB's and is due to break out any game.

Looking forward to a great game.  Coaches are meeting with the umpires at the plate.  We will be going in just a few after the playing of our national anthem.
