Final Jasper 5 silsbee 2 / running late because a team was late this morning

Delay goes complete 7 innings and Jasper wins 5-2.  Good game for both teams to play each other to prepare for upcoming tough district.  Looking forward to next couple of days with some good games scheduled.

Yes, Silsbee had to play a double header. Silsbee beat a very good Vidor team, then played a state ranked team in Jasper. A tough first day draw for Silsbee.

Several teams are playing a back-to-back game over the course of the three days. Lots of baseball. Lots of good teams.

Lumberton loses an ugly one to Kirbyville 6-2.  I'm sure glad we have pre-district games to work out these kinks.  My Raiders will be fine come district play but they are giving me an ulcer right now.
