Last year or so  I read where a soccer player had been punched in the head area and died some days later.  And here,  we're talking about a helmet (hard object) on the head. Could have turned into a very bad situation.

I hate this phrase because I simply think it is over used....BUT.......I think we need to set an example with this one. If he "gets away" with it, it just assures this will happen again by someone else.
