From a pretty reliable source - he threatened to kill this principal due to anticipated testimony by said principal in a criminal investigation/case. Don't be surprised to see criminal charge forthcoming based on these alleged threats.

Exactly. Will be interested to see how it is charged if what I heard is correct. I am fairly certain that is the allegation.

Fwiw, I think Bob Wortham will be a fantastic DA for Jefferson County. And I don't think we've even seen the tip of the iceberg with BISD indictments. I heard Dr. Thomas spent the better part of a day this week with the grand jury. Should be interesting to say the least.

I agree. From what I have been told, it is just the tip of the iceberg with the indictments.

I think he might just think he is. Can't imagine why he agreed to testify before the grand jury otherwise. He has the best of criminal attorneys (Lum Hawthorn) and can't imagine he was advised to.
