The similarity to which I referred in another post was the fact that certain sectors of society attempt to try and convict the accused in both instances without permitting the investigations to run their course. Those efforts are inflammatory, helpful to nobody and, in a sense, exploitative of the deceased. Hence, my sarcastic remark which some chose to view as something it was not.
