There are a lot of great quality programs/organizations in the area.  It seems the level of play has risen significantly over the last several years with more teams opting for coaches who have played and/or coached at the high school and college level.  The girls seem to be working out more and more on their conditioning and working hard in the "off-season" to improve their individual skills.
