Tripletail is the saltwater Crappie.  It's a VERY close 2nd to Crappie.  I also like Wahoo over Ling, and Scamp are pretty dar good too.  A dang Crappie or a sun perch is hard to beat.......

Fresh caught/cleaned fish going straight to whatever you're cooking em with.My fav=White/Black Crappie fried in hot peanut oil w/1#+Golden Croaker next(can't catch the lg.croaker like we used to) ;)

Best fish dish I've eaten @a restaraunt was grilled Swordfish steak in San Diego but pricey @$42.00
