BH will be competitive ,but they will lose a ton of talent. Should be returning a good piece of the O line. D will be hurting, but will return a very good LB in Sexton. All in all BH should reload and compete for the district title. This years Freshman class should be a good one once they move up!!!

BH Boys to Defend Crown at Aransas Pass The Barbers Hill varsity boys basketball will look to defend their championship when participate in the 33rd Annual Aransas Pass "Best of the Bay" Basketball Tournament. The tournament is a round-robin with each team playing the other four. Below is ths schedule for BH. I tell you what is crazy and that is when BH was smack talking early in the year we received warnings and most of our post were deleted!! Every idiot on this site has taken a shot at BH while the Moderators look the other way. I wish the Admin for this site would at least have a basic entrance exam before letting any one that has a computer Mod the board. The only Mod on this board worth a dang is Coop most of you should take note of how a Mod should act a run a board. I know there are other good Mods on here ,but COOP is the one that sticks out at being the most non Bias Mod.

My assesment of the game was that it all came down to which team did their homework. Texas City new exactly what Dayton was going to do and Dayton took to long to adjust. Once Dayton did adjust they played Texas City well, but it was after a 21-0 spot. I've seen this to many times at BH and it kills me!! I.m not starting a coach bashing thread just my Opinion. I hated to see Dayton go down like that. Good luck broncos in your upcoming season of Basketball, Baseball & Track!!

BH sports report: I wonder if the football kids are back?? I saw where Bradshaw plyed in the last game ,but where's Mason?? Barbers Hill was limited to only 16 points in the first half as they fell on the road to Santa Fe by the score of 55-46. Brooks Ybarra lead the Eagles with 16 points. BH is now 2-2 for the year. The Eagles return to action next Tuesday when they host Port Neches-Groves.

Ross Hales BH (LHP) as a sophmore last year threw a no hitter in the playoffs against #1 State ranked Bridge City. This kid will only be stronger this year as most of the team returns for BH after going 3 rounds in last years 3A playoffs.
