I thought it was strange they were picked last, but Dave Campbell is bad about not giving teams repect unless they are a known team over the past couple of years. Anyway I don't know what to expect, but the scrimmage against PM has me thinking Santa Fe will be no PM ;D

Friday Night Lights are here!!! 7 PM at BH  ;D Sante Fe although coming off a playoff birth last year is pick to finish last in thier district. It's still hard to make any predictions on BH, but one would think the Eagles start the season with a win. By how much I don't know. This should be a good starting game for the Eagles though to continue working on the execution of the new O and D. I predict a win  8) BH ?? Sante fe ??

Ok just back from the scrimmage! Pasadena Memorial won both types of the scrimmage tonight. During the controlled scrimmage the score went PM 3 BH 2 and then there was a live half played where the score was PM 21 BH 13. With that said I think BH did an awesome job against a 5A playoff team with a first year coach and complete scheme rebuild. PM is picked by Dave Campbells Mag to Win District 22-5A with an enrollment of 2,802 students! Looks like coach Gage and crew look to have done a great job with the amount of time they have put in. BH had trouble moving the ball at times and contending with the speed of PM, but overall it was a good scrimmage for BH. Next weeks the real deal and I see the Eagles improving each week. Go Eagles
