I agree also, Williams should def come back, imo eveyone on A&M should be back next year, maybe Sternberger could get a look, but in all reality he should come back to,...A&M could have a good team next year with a lot coming back and the recruiting class Jimbo has put together

Yea Hager is a straight energy guy, but guys like Hager, PJ Locke, and maybe Nelson and Davis wouldn’t touch the field on a good Texas team, those guys are just there cause you have no one else, they all have flashes but none are every down players from what I’ve seen , ecspeailly Hager and Locke

I have no problem with it, if thats what players want to do, thats them, my only question is why do it, if you not a top pick, why not put more film out there and maybe even move up in the rankings

I only disagree if you not a top 3 round pick "GUARANTEED", if you a top 3 round pick then i can understand, but if you 4-7 there is no reason you shouldn't be out there trying to move up in the rankings . Ill never understand.

Im looking at it like this, Idk how good Georgia pass game is,but no matter how good it is, I can probably say confidently it wont be better then anyone in the BIG12 but if Texas can make them one demisional and run the ball, even with the Great Backs Georgia has, I would think there chances would def go up. Texas is pretty good against the run for the most part, my only reason for picking UGA is becaues Texas Offense is almost like a SEC offense, they try to out physical you, which is what Georgia goes against every week, so i expect UGA defense to contain Texas offense, Herman is going to have to pull out all the stops to keep them off balance I see a 35-28 type of Game, I dont think there will be any blow-outs

After looking at this game a lot closer, and talking to some people, I think Texas is being very underestimated , I think With the right circumstances, Texas could poss pull this one out. Don’t quote me, ima bit of a homer, since I’m “A State Of Texas” fan

I just want the State of Texas to finish above 500 so im going to go through and see how reasonable that is New Mexico Bowl North Texas vs. Utah State - Give me my Mean Green, Utah state is no slouch but they have to much going on, losing there coach. I hate we didnt make it to the confrence championship but a bowl win will help that. Now im just nervous Seth wont be here for to much longer after getting us to our third consecutive Bowl game Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl Houston vs. Army - This is a tricky match-up, Army can hold the ball for the whole game (See's Oklahoma) if Houston cant score they cant win, and we all know its going to be hard to stop them, especially with Oliver not playing. I like Army Cheez-It Bowl California vs. TCU - TCU and Cal are both avg teams but Im a Texas Homer and Patterson is one of the better coaches in the game, I like TCU here with there athletes, even though the QB play is horrible Academy Sports + Outdoors Texas Bowl Baylor vs. Vanderbilt - Baylor was a bit surprising this season, I dont think anyone expected them to have that record this soon. Matt Rhule is doing very well given the circumstances he walked into. Vandy is tough but I have the Bears taking this one TaxSlayer Gator Bowl NC State vs. Texas A&M - NC State started off Legit but Clemson proved that wrong very quick. I like the fighting AGs in this one, just look at the common opponent (Clemson) stomped a mud hole in State but barley hung on against A&M. Would the QB play have made a diff, idk but I like A&m in this one Allstate Sugar Bowl No. 15 Texas vs. No. 5 Georgia- This game could go either way, UGA could come in mad due to not getting in the playoffs and take it out on Texas ooorrr they could come in unenthusiastic due to being left out and Texas jumps on them early and before they realize, its to late. I think Smart will have his guys ready though Texas goes 4-2

Syracuse Dino Babers? Idk really know if that’s a step up or just a lateral move. Both aren’t football first schools or Scott Satterfield from App State, what he’s done there has been amazing . Coming from FCS and Winning 3 conference championships with 3 bowl wins. He should def get consideration

I agree, I think the committee didn’t want to open a can of worms, with leaving two conference champs out and putting a two lost Georgia team in. Imo I think it was the right choice, we all sit here and talk about morale victories well, last night was a morale victory for Georgia , even though they probably were the better team they still lost, and that’s really all that matters, i for one think the committee got it right this time.

As much as I want to See Texas win Saturday I think OU will win and go on to play Bama in the 1st round while Texas faces Georgia in the Sugar Bowl i May be a minority here but I actually think Bama will have problems with OUs offense. Going off the past, SEC teams always have problems with BiG 12 offenses. I can see Bama in a shoot out with OU, the only reason I’d give the edge to Bama is because I know there defense will make stops unlike OU. But just think about teams Bama has problems with, OU has all those elements (Scrambling QB, Spread Offense, Team Speed) If OU had a better defense I’d even take the Sooners to upset Bama, and I hate OU... I just want The State of Texas with a winning percentage of over 500% in the bowl games,
