11-0 now.... 2nd inning over now.. Big one for the Rebs.

Now Rebs pull away 10-0 still bottom of 2nd inning.  One out and Cayuga has now put in fourth pitcher of game.

Rebs up 6-0 still 2nd inning. 

5-0 rebs bottom of 2nd. Cayuga just put in their  3rd pitcher of the game. 

Bottom of 1st.  Rebs up 3-0

Congrats Rebels.   No matter what happens in this series of play we are proud of you and this team.    This is a true bunch of warhorses!  We may not have the best dominant pitcher or best leadoff or what have you but this team has moxie and grit and a whole lot of it!  We'll take that anytime!

Just got word that the game was tied 3-3 in the top of the 8th inning.  Sounds like a good one!  Keep battling Rebs!

Evadale = "weak"?

Evadale looked pretty darn impressive last night. Their "D" is something! And the weapons that they have on offense aren't to shabby either. Gonna be a good year for the Rebs.

What is amazing to me is that Evadale has far fewer numbers in high school yet has more numbers on the football field than both WH and HD. I look for these three teams to go to the playoffs once again. Gotta pick my Rebs for the district crown again. But good luck to everybody.

All in all , Buna has always been kind of like a brother to Evadale. Now sometimes that brother gets on your nerves, tries to pick on you a little, may smell a little bit ( well actually thats us), may think that he's better than you, and you get mad at him. But you won't allow anyone else to pick on him. There are so many Evadale people living in Buna and vice versa that this really is foolish. We in Evadale do pull for Buna and I know that it goes the other way as well. A friendly rivalry has always existed between the two because they are so close (8 miles apart). With exception of a few extreme posters on both sides I know that both towns do want the other to be successful. Good luck Buna and Good Luck Evadale Hope you both win state.
