felix jones did what he had to make his team better... defense and offense. Copeland was an offensive monster but if he was so good then why did his team get 5th and dont tell me that he did not have anyone around him because he did. HI beat them and they ended up 1-9. Copeland was the best offensive player in the district but not the best overall player. When does the team record come into play win choseing MVP.??? If SP ended up 5th and WH ended up 2nd who would have got MVP?

MVP #30 felix Jones SP... he turned the sharks team around and was the best player on that team. Offensive #5 T-cope WH... flat out scored the basketball from everywhere on the floor. Defensive #12 George Wittaker Spurger...blocked alot of shots and changed even more. He held his own in the paint. Hope this helps... its not all district but its what i know. :-\

Who is a true center, if you talking about #12 he is more of a forward or two guard than a center and if you this young man well enough you would get a ugly look if you called him a center. It is hard not to call #12 a center in 1a and he is about 3 to 4 inches taller than the next tallest guy on his team. 6-3 in a post if not center in 1a but not at a higher level 3a+

Bremond is ranked and jut beat Bartlett who was ranked. Spurger is not ranked they just beat Thorndale also ranked. last year these 2 teams met up at the reginal 1/4 game and spurger won by about 13. Bremond has speed and size down low. There point guard from last year was a Jr or Sr and he ran the show. If he is back they only got better from last year returning 4 starters. Spurger returns 2 starters and plays fundamental ball.

Bremond brings back 4 starters I think and they have some size. They remind me of San Augustin by what bremond had last year. spurger needs to controle the game and set the pace to win this one should be a good game. smart basketball vs athletic basketball. good luck to spurger ;D ;D ;D

I agree he was a spark for the sharks last night and #3 was having a off game. If #23 can handle the ball better he could find himself a starting position on that team.

The sharks could have easily won this one if they did not turn the ball over and made shots in the paint. Their D was good they just missed shots. :-\ # 30 # 23 and # 25 great game way to leave it all on the floor. Congrats on a good season Normangee's press won this one for them they forced alot of turnovers and got a few easy buckets.

Will there be more than 1 game in woodville Tuesday if so who will it be?

If this is true I feel bad for the rest of the team that is still playing, they could have used those 3 in playoffs. Also if this is true there is no need to be letting everyone in the world know about it. They are not there end of story :-\

Ghostt that district is stacked so just dont worry about what they have and bring yalls A-Game. Play D and hit shots thats all. A coach told me that all you have to do to win night in and night out is "have more points on the board than they do at the end of the game" Good Luck

mumford is in the district with Bremond and Normangee I am guessing that they are 2nd because SP plays Normangee and grapeland got 2nd i think in BS district thats all i got but I could be wrong.

Stop # 4 penetration and you slow down HD alot then just keep a hand in Elliots face and it should be a good game. HD has no answer for T-Cope and this game is @ WH. WH by 3

Evadale needs this one and some help from WH to beat HD and they can make the playoffs. If they dont turn the ball over then they have a good chance.
