I havent thought that far ahead just yet, but I can see them making some noise in the playoffs.  We just need to get out of district first, something we have not done in a while.

Justin was the first one to say to his team when he broke that record and got his award at the pep rally that it was NOT possible without those guys to open holes!!! He is not a one man show they are a team. If you were a coach you would know that you build around the offense, it just so happens to be part of our offense are brothers, but the team as a whole is a band of brothers. they work well together, grew up together and lookout for each other. TEAM WORK. If you know players on the team, I encourage you to ask any one of them if they feel left out or not getting props as you say. [/quote] I don't think you can compare games to see how you match up with opponents......NW has a better team than they made out against corrigan.  Teams tend to match different against different teams.  It could be a good sign but NW did get on a roll after they beat hemphill last year....NW was a diiferent team after they beat hemphill last year.  Groveton's really not bad....just real young...heard they will be 1A like SA next year.  SA and Groveton could be in the same district next year in 1A.  SA will be in the playoffs this year. [/quote] That is why I said "could".  It's any given Friday, if you do not come to play then you will lose.  SA has to have the same mentality and play 4 quarters of football like they did last night and they will be unbeatable.  SA/Groveton 1A district will be possible.  I imagine they will throw Garrison and Alto in it as well!

CC has a nice defense, but not great.  This will be a high scoring game, because there is no way Hemphill can stop them from scoring.  CC might have enough D to pull it out.  66-30 CC

If this was the pushover Deweyville teams from the past then I would agree with the 0-5 statement, but this year they are average.  Horrible QB play hurt them against SA, I do see them beating New Waverly, Groveton and Hemphill.  I see this district coming out as SA/Corrigan for 1st and 2nd Deweyville 3rd
