I don’t know about that being the only way. We saw Hardin win district last year. The thing about East Chambers is it isn’t always the athletes. They have had good coaches that have them ready year in and year out.

Even without transfers East Chambers still would have won the game. Is there a season when Buna won against East Chambers Varsity(

I purchased the year subscription for 86. Tried to watch EC and Jasper and it’s telling me to pay 9.99

First time buying Texan live. I paid for the year subscription but it’s saying I still need to pay 9.99 a month to watch games. Any input?

Ceaser was what? The first transfer? But he attended every HS year at EC not just for a season. Then who else the QB from Canada? I doubt EC has had as much kids move there as you think. EC is a great school for athletics and academics and I doubt kids are “transferring” there just to go home in the 1st or 2nd round of the playoffs

It doesn’t matter what money goes through Winnie lol. If we’re talking about athletics then Hardin has the advantage by having Liberty,Dayton, HD, and Devers around them if kids want to go Hardin instead of their area school

Winnie is a small country town and you’d think they would have a few big guys up front like HF and Anahuac gets but they don’t for some reason. They might not be big but EC coaches always have a group of disciplined guys ready to go

I think that’s been their weakness for awhile. I don’t remember EC ever really having big linemen honestly. They have strong fast guys up front to open holes and hold their blocks long enough to get the play off but don’t think I’ve seen any big guys up front for the Bucs. Early 2000’s I remember Thomas Macie, Chris Cox and a few others that were bigger linemen but after that I think it’s been guys that are just strong and can get of the ball fast
