Not sure because I have not attended many Lumberton home football games but don't the annoucer have all the fans chant with him that is another lumberton FIRST DOWN. Great to have the crowd get behind their team. Now if they could just get more TOUCHDOWNS maybe they wouod really get behind them.

I think the biggest problem has to be how to recognize a concussion. Coaches and parents have to be better prepared to recognize the systems. Currently do any organizations require some “first aid / medical examination training? Question does anyone remember back in the 80’s a San Francisco 49’er playing with a soft cover over his helmet? If so who was it and why? I have thought for years now that would lessen a helmet to helmet blow.

What are the game schedules?

Oh yeah well I bet you my golf team can beat your golf team... and don't get me started on the swim team.  ;D WOS has a great football tradition. I would expect nothing but the best from anyone of those championship teams... but being a champion does not stop at the end of the game. Be a true champion on and off the field.

Actually I was watching your band perform a very nice routine, and if you'll check the clock at the next game, given everything goes off on time, you will see that the bands will finish with about 3 or 4 minutes left. All this bellyaching has caused me to loose my appetite… But If I get hungry later I will visit the concession stand or just bum a diet mountain dew and ham and cheese sandwich from one of the other “youth league supporters”.  ;)

I hope that everything goes well. With the bands, drill teams, twillers, flag core, cheerleaders and football teams I just hope they have [b]seperate[/b] performances. Unless it is planned of course.
