Hard to believe the number will drop by 64 students...but it does seem like there is a downward trend in the enrollment numbers across the state

100% agree. You shouldn't be able to pick and choose...

Lions were decimated with injuries. Played without starting QB for every district game except for Huffman. Backup QB went down for the season against Liberty. If you really look at it...every game they've played has been close through the 3Q except for maybe the Bridge City game.

My opinion may not be popular...but I don't believe anyone should be able to opt up. Only exception should be significant travel outliers (El Paso for example) but it should be RARE cases that are approved. Whatever your number is...just play within that classification. If you don't like it...tough.

Looks to me that it would be beneficial from a travel perspective. LCM Vidor Lumberton Bridge City Hardin Jefferson WOS Hamshire-Fannett Basically all of the places right around Beaumont right? That would leave Liberty, Huffman, and Livingston on an island in 4AD1

Lumberton by a lot. They'll push HJ around. Heard HJ is missing some players as well. Not the same team they were early in district.

BC could win this one...but it'll be close. LCM offense is good enough to keep it close.

It seems to me that it could finish like this: 1: BC 2: Huffman/LCM 3: LCM/Huffman 4: Lumberton The rest...who knows? Seems like Vidor is somewhat competitive but hasn't won a game yet... Liberty's only win was on a 45 yard FG against Livingston HJ started hot but has cooled off I've taken an interest in Livingston this year due to a family member moving to the area. His son plays and I am shocked they haven't won more games. It sounds like they've improved from previous years, but they just haven't found a way to put it together in district.

Even with our all-star team...it would still be an upset. Those dudes are loaded over there lol

I think Lumberton @ Bridge City is the most interesting and will give us an idea of where both teams stand. HJ @ Livingston is interesting because those two teams are trying to find a way to fight for 4th place. I'll give my prediction later in the week...man I really hoped this thread would take off. I got the idea from another site but I guess there just isn't as much activity here.

I think there are several games that will end up being a toss up. My current guess is: 1: Huffman 2: LCM 3: Bridge City 4: Livingston/Lumberton 5: Livingston/Lumberton 6: Vidor 7: HJ 8: Liberty
