High school has two different targeting rules. flagrant 15 yards and disqualified non flagrant 15 yards and no disqualification

the offside penalty would of put them on the 3 if they had called holding instead of DPI.

I wonder how many athletes will be looking at the PN-g isd when moving in the area. WOS use to have that happen a lot.

no it does not. dpi is a spot foul out to 15 yards and goes to the 2 if in the end zone 17 yard line in holding is a 10 yard penalty and 10 yards from previous spot. half the distance 10 yard line in. dpi goes to the 2 first down on that play holding goes to the 5 first down

was it DPI or defensive holding?
