He should get the job full time. He is the best man for it and the one who truly has the kids best interests at heart.

I predict that the game will be over early and that less than 5 passes are thrown in the game. I'm really going out on a limb here.

So is this kid going to be able to play this year?

I agree as well, a great hire. Those who say that as a GA he didnt do much haven't been around a D-1 program on a daily basis. They are the first ones to get there and the last ones to leave.

I heard that it will be this week sometime that they name their guy. Could be interesting. Does anyone have a list of finalist or even applicants?

I don't think it helps you at all. They are setting themselves up to be a little overconfident going into district.

That picture says a lot about it. The new guy will get to bring in a bunch if he wants. Good situation for him. He will not have to do as well his first year either due to the lateness of his hiring.

It is money well spent. Turf is cost effective over the long run. If you got it you might as well spend it. It will be good for the kids in the long run.

Unless there is a rule change in UIL this year it is not legal in Texas yet.
