Well, I found some problems with our archived file compared to this link. If this is official. Then we are lower than I previously stated. All it would take is an 0-10 season, and Southlake Carroll 10-0. And that title is gone. Now I don't think this will happen. But it's closer than I thought.

For the record, with the last loss of this season, our winning % has dropped below 80%. The same place we were in Sept 2016. One bad year has erased 6 years of progress. The pinnacle was 81% just before our loss to PG. I'm not sure who is #2 on that list or what the margin is. But if we lose 1% and another gains 1%. We could lose that title fairly soon too. If anyone knows who's #2 let me know.

2014 lost to RF by 3. 2015 was the bad one. Then we went on to win 40 straight. And if would've played them again during that streak we would've won. The Champs in the bigger divs were... 2015 George Ranch, Cedar Park, LA Vega 2016 Highland Park, Aledo, Carthage Carthage would've been a great game the next week after winning state. But not much hope against the others.

They will. I'm looking forward to it. Only bout 5 mins from fam. Only 1 or 2 Mustang teams in the state can hang with Silsbee this year. Mad-ville isn't one of them. WOS is backing the Tigers for a change. Don't let us down. We've had enough of that this season.

I applaud my friend for being man enough to admit that he has a problem. Many of us feel the same way. I don't think anyone outside of our alumni understands the depth and severity of these problems. To an outsider it seems very trivial. But to those that have layed the foundation, built up the bricks, and hung championship banners. This is a way of life... the Mustang Way. All of which is currently being dismantled in the name of progress. Time will come for things to change again... and they will.
