whats going on with the pirate program? really thought they would be better this year.

any updates on these scores?

Well, I do hope that the coaching situation is fixed somehow before next school year. There are just not enough coaches there to spread out the work and I know they get tired and need help as well.

it is sad that Moss won't get to play her senior year. Would have love to see her on the court!!!

sure was hoping they would find a winning combination and get into the playoffs some how.

knew they were pretty down with injuries. hate that for the boys for sure.

the injuried Deweyville player has been admitted to Herman Hospital in Houston. His mother has reported that he is stable and can answer questions and knows what is going on. Having blood pressure issues still and some other issues. Praying for a full recovery for this fine young man!!

I thought Deweyville was going to cap the transfers to keep their number under 200. I know they have tons of transfer kids at the high school. I guess that theory went out the window!!! The kids in the Pirate athletic program deserve the right to compete in 1A. They are working hard and this would really help them. It is going to be a long wait waiting to see what the cut off numer is for rankings!!!!!!

Pirates have to figure out a way to hold on to the ball and score when given the opportunity!
