6.
Hardest place in America to get to......Williamsport, Pa.!!!
especially in our state/regionals
 7.
is it too late to sign up......14 yr. old wants to play
Not to late to sign up.  We added 2 additional registrations.  Tuesday 7/31 and Thursday 8/2 from 6-8pm in BCLL Board Room.
 8.
I saw this posted on the web site: Fall Ball registration is around the corner.  We will have registration July 23rd, 24th, and 26th in BCLL Board Room from 6-8pm. just curious what the ages are?  Are we going to have a league for older boys?
Yes, we expect to have at least 6 teams.
 9.
It sure makes sense to have all the players just move over to Pony if there is no other option to play recreational ball in the area.  Pony is a very good organization to be in, even better if that is the only option in town. I have never understood the standoff-ish attitude that exists between patrons of Little League and Pony.  There will always be differences between organizations but if Pony is the only game in town, that is the one I'd be joining so my kids don't miss a year of baseball.
As of Friday, the Little League District Map has been redrawn for 2012 to allow those kids to play in Bridge City Little League.  For more information about getting signed up, you can contact me at [email protected]. thanks, Brad Thibodaux
 10. Due to the lack of tournaments this fall, I would like to gauge interest in having a round robin for 12U teams.  I would like to have it on Saturday 12/10 at a local field in the area.  There would be a small fee to pay for umpires.  It would give local teams a chance to play and start getting ready for the spring.  Prospects Baseball will enter 2 teams.  If you are interested, you can email me [email protected] or call my cell 409-201-8655.
 11.
Let's give U-Trip a chance with a new operation. With the proper management it to can be better organized. Played in some unorganized Nations tourneys in the past too. By Ford Park having 2 different tournament formats may bring some teams from Louisiana back to play @ FP. Yes U-Trip is in Houston as is Nations & U-Trip is in Louisiana but if can bring same quality here some of these other teams can travel for a change.
Lake Charles area is converting to Nations this year.
 12.
When I started the TEXAS RENEGADES BASEBALL all we played was USSSA over at Big League Dreams, we played some Nations here at Ford Park also. Now that we have moved to Beaumont having both leagues really doesnt make a change. Only change is that the manager will have to decide what state or wolrd series they want to qualify for (if playing for points), nations I think are an extra 15 minute games. When the RENEGADES are ready we will show support to both organizations, we really need to think that its for the KIDS so who cares.
What you said above is key.  If you play in both, you will be hurt come world series time.  In the world series, you are seeded according to points, so if you play in both, your points will be spread out, causing you to be seeded low and play much more difficult teams in pool play.  Having said that, Nations, in my opinion, is the better of the 2 organizations.  They are much more organized, and they will have at least 5 times more teams registered than that of USSSA.
 13. I don't see where this is a good thing.  We register with both Nations and USSSA, so we could play at Big League Dreams and Cypress Mounds in Baton Rouge.  However, we have always picked Nations to play the majority of our tournaments.  It is much easier to find a tournament, and you are able to see the teams that are playing in a tournament, as well as, seeing where a particluar team is playing throughout the year.  USSSA will post who is playing at a trounament, but not always.  However, you cannot see where a team plans on playing in the future.  You can only see where they have already played.  Besides, you have MANY more registered teams in Nations. Don't even get me started on the new USSSA sticker that a bat must have to be legal in a USSSA tournament. This sticker is put on the 2012 models of bats, so get ready to buy a new bat to play in these tournaments.
 14.
We are playing football so wont be able to practice much, but still want to get some playing time in. He played with the 10u Machine in Spring. Plays any position, but didnt pitch much. Good bat and great speed.
Prospects Baseball is having tryouts on August 28th and September 11th at Port Neches High School.  11 year olds time slot will be 4-6.
 15.
which time is for the 8 year olds, 9 or 11?
9:00 on blue field
 16. Due to the weather, we will NOT have tryouts tomorrow at 9:00 and 11:00.  We will have it next Saturday at the same times.
