This game will be a better game than the Sante Fe vs Vidor game because that was not the Vidor team that I watched play the two previous weeks. The play calling being the deciding factor in this game. BH probably takes it .

Sante Fe played their best game and Vidor played their worst. Vidor is better than they have been playing and it seems that the two tough losses broke their spirit. You know the intangibles. Sante Fe had the best offensive game plan that Ive ever seen against Vidor. If yall had that QB and recievers then Ned would be really dangerous.

Santa Fe is living proof that you do not necessarily need the greatest athletes to be capable of being proficient in the spread. Their QB impressed me and the recievers had good hands but overall it was good coaching.

Yes, very proficient passing game. It was very smart football to take advantage of that huge cushion we always give on defense (Ive been wondering when someone would see it during scouting) They made easy throws and catches within the cushion area and as well as in the soft spot areas between the zones. It just makes sense to see the defense first then call the play. It was simple pitch and catch.

Just walking up to game, you could feel that the energy just was not good. Vidor played without that usual fire. Sante Fe on the other hand, they played with intensity and passion . It was an overall will to win but there discipline and coaching were on point. They won the chess game, for sure. Nice game plan and execution.

The overall atmosphere in Vidor has been flatter than I have ever seen it. Even during pre game. Sant Fe QB is pretty darn good and their recievers are also good. groves native americans woud love to have this recieving core. Vidor offensive play calling is atrocious. 22 players within the hashmarks and still running inside LOL.

I was looking forward to hanging out with my family (brother and nieces and nephews) but they decided not to come because we cancelled the fireworks. hmmmmmm. If there is only 20-30 Sante Fe fans there, then who are the theatrics really for ? Some things are better left alone and life needs to go on. From my perspective, this plays right into the shooters hands. His actions are still having an effect on the community by robbing them of the normal existance that they had before the incident but.............. FYI, I could care less about seeing fireworks. It is more about giving them what they really need which is to get past this instead of adding salt to a wound. In instances such as the one which took place in Sante Fe, the culprits seek attention while turning a entire communities lives upside down. I wouldnt give him the pleasure.

I sympathize about the shooting but........... geez , to cancel the fireworks is ridiculous. These people want to return to normalcy and to quit being reminded of the incident.
