1. Liberty 2-0 in controlled scrimmage starters. 1-0 2nd team Liberty 14-0 in half of play Hardin had a few long runs close to TD's. Liberty D ended up holding both times. l
 2. East Chambers and Liberty is in Liberty. I believe East Chambers still has some field work going on.
 3.

Beechnut you might want to do your homework before you get on here and start yelling "Slander" and have no idea what it means.  Geeeeeeezzzzzz Yes mam I will do that if u promise to get the same commitment from the one that started this thread. Don't park on private property might be the lesson learned.....

In order to slander someone or in the case libel since it was in print the information would have to be untrue and malicious as previously stated by other posters.  I didn't state anything that would fall in those categories.  I didn't even say they did anything illegal, but I did state these companies are of low moral character (with possible exception to Fisk Mei) and I stick to that.  I parked on private property they did have a small sign, but if it wasn't a racket why would the storage company have two people working to get cars out of their lot after hours.  It didn't appear they were surprised about what was going to happen that night.  It does not matter if what they did was technically legal it was wrong, and I intend to do everything in my power to see there is some type of reckoning.  If you want on the list Beechnut I have room, but for know I will give you pass.
 4. If you are at a game and the parking runs over do not park at Fisk MEI Inspectors office.  I am not sure this company is involved yet.  However, there is a racket being run there between Fast Tow (2104 Lyons Avenue Houston, TX 77020) and S & J Storage (412 Wilson RD Humble, TX 77338).  They towed about 10 cars out of the Fisk MEI parking lot.  The business had been closed, and I am not sure what issue the cars parked there caused.  They weren't double parked just parked there in the lot.  The towing and storage fee to get your car out after the game was $224.  The service there was excellent as well with friendly helpers that where willing to physically threaten their new customers.  I would have rather a thief taken my car.  At least a thief would have probably had admitted what they were doing was wrong.  If ever in need of a tow, storage, or oilfield inspection bypass these folks and use someone with integrity.  I will update on Fisk MEI's involvement.  I have e-mailed them to inquire about their involvement.
 5. Coach Slack will not be the new AD for Liberty.  He is a good guy, but he will not be selected for this position.

If I was them I would make their ex head coach an ad and promote an assistant coach.
whoever it is, they better beat Bye Week next season  ;)
i would like for liberty to get a good team together and renew the dayton liberty rivalry.
when the last time they played?
its been a long time but dayton has played 3a schools in the past. WOS beat dayton on a regular basis up until a couple years ago. Liberty has alot of improvement to do in order to compete against a team like dayton. It would be a great rivalry and I think over the next couple years dayton will become more beatable for sure.
1989 Season was the last game.  It will be a good while before it is seen again.
 7. Everyone give it up and give the district and state title to Crosby from now on.  They have found the answer holy grail of football answers.  Their Superintendent really wants to win football games.  It is so simple yet no one else could solve that riddle.
 8.
It has been my observation, that if you don't want people to make fun of you... Don't get on here and talk a lot of mess... Liberty people talked a lot of mess about their expectations this year, and I don't think they are coming true...  ;D
Liberty only has a handful of fans at best that post.  There is one sure enough idiot and one hit or miss the rest haven't predicted anythinig of granduer.  This forum was started to be an insult and a joke got it.... no problem.  The first few comments are from folks  who post all over the board who probably make the same bye week jokes everywhere got it (where here all week rim shot).  It does not make it exactly right though.  If you were involved in the situation in Liberty you would know the frustration and a forum like this doesn't help.  I imagine though that all  the Liberty folks will walk slowly away from the ledge.  If they don't fall off from laughing to hard from the has beens/huh/comedians on this site.

Huffman could upset CS, the defending District Champs, but until they do it'll be this way. Liberty gave up 28 points to Splendora in their win last week and Cleveland didnt allow not a single point this week against them.Liberty will have to throw the ball a lot but Cleveland's secondary is too quick and if they try to run the ball all game like they did against Huffman they'll really get killed.Deel has to run more than the few number of plays he's running.   Some believe the players give up early in the game, well so do the coaches. The play selection proves this.I really feel for some of these players. The comment that Liberty has no D1 players is unfortunatly true but thats not the fault of the players that had D1 potential.I believe that a couple of these players would've had a decent chance had they been under another program.Daniel Fitzwater is a good example of this. His parents moved him where he had a better chance to be noticed. With the numbers he's putting up he is being noticed.Had he stayed at Liberty no school would even be looking. And I dont want to hear from any Liberty or Fitz haters that he's not being looked at because he is.FACT.Im not saying offers Im saying scouts.Looking and offers are different. Anyway,Liberty will get 4th at best if they dont get the big head and think they can beat Tarkington, those cowpokes are getting hungry for a district win.
I've been trying to stay off this website since Liberty is so bad and I'm a fan and don't want to get heated, but I was just appalled over and over again with the "no d1 players comment' you guys don't know our players. Omar Tebo is 300 pounds and runs under 5, he won state in power lifting, heavyweight division, I'm close friends with a former Liberty players who currently plays offensive line for Texas State University (D1 WAC) and he played with Tebo for a year or two and has no doubt in his mind that Tebo could keep up with him and his teammates. Omar isn't receiving letters anymore, he's receiving phone calls, and personal visits and some coaches have come out to watch him play/practice. He's an outstanding young man, smart, stays on his grades, and has a great family that makes sure he's on top of his game, he is polite and he happens to be an athlete. He has all the characteristics to make it to the next level then add in his size speed and strength and you would be considered ignorant for saying he won't go division 1. That's all I have to say about that topic for those of you from Huffman or wherever the heck your from thinking your some type of division 1 recruiting analyst, I'm no analyst myself but I've seen with my own eyes recruiters showing extreme interest in Omar, so have a nice day everyone.
The tangibles are certainly there and this is what scoutes will look at and recruit.  The question is the intangibles and the lack of discipline that was not instilled the last four years.  The same was true for the other person you mentioned who I hear is doing well.  The great family and the character you speak to in regards to both of these young men are what will most likely guide them through the next four to five years while being pushed.  It is a shame they did not reach the potential that God gave them while wearing black and gold.

They only do what they see you do. Liberty must make a change!
Easier said than done. Players do not "only do what they see the coach do". It is not about the "Xs and Os" it is ALWAYS about the "Bobbys and Joes". Liberty was 7-3 last year with the same coaches. The coaches did not become incompetent all of a sudden. Liberty had no chance when the QB left.
One close win against a winning team for those seven wins last year.  There has not been any changes correct.
 12. The truth of the matter is the Fitzwater's left for one major reason which a was a big Deel to them.

Full of injuries, be interesting to see how this season goes. Hoping for A SINGLE WIN.
I know things aren't going the way you thought they would, but aren't you the one who has been complaining about everyone being negative on Liberty?
.  Insulting kids.. that's that stuff i don't like. Telling the truth is another story. Still say they get 3rd and make playoffs.
hookem you are such an embarrassment to liberty. Your the reason that people bash liberty. You would think that after your first 3 accounts getting banned from this site that you would give up on it. But didnt  you make a comment stating that liberty is lucky to win a game followed by saying you still think liberty is going to take 3rd? I'm sorry i love the panthers but they have a LONG ways to go. And it's not gonna get any better till  1) we stay out of the training room and 2) we get a new AD
First three accounts? You're obviously ignorant. Apparently you can't read, being that I said I'M HOPING FOR A SINGLE WIN, and yes I do believe they'll take third. You should spend less time worrying about me, and more time getting your education together. The reason people bash Liberty is because idiots like you get on here and criticize without proper comprehension of previous posts. Resulting in the board knowing just how much you lack a sound education and therefore explaining why Liberty is academically ineligible to this day. You computer thugs amuse me, saying all the things online you lack the brawn to say in person. ROFL!
I'll say it in person I am in the stands every Friday night.  You are an embarassment.  If I knew how to start a poll to get everyone else's opinion that is on here I would on this topic.  I will be glad as you have previously stated when your family members (nothing against your family members playing I like those kids) are no longer panthers and we don't have to listen to you.  There will be no reason for you to post since you are not a panther fan.

(serious question, not just sarcasm) If so I can't wait to hear what he has to say about tonights game.  WOW! I am shocked. I didn't expect them to win, but I did expect  a little bit better game.
Hookem's (game changer/brother/family member) did play the first half.  He was helped off the field at the end of the first half after an interception.  I have not yet heard the diagnosis on the injury, but he did not play the second half.  The sideline for Liberty looks like an infirmary every week.  In my opinion this is due to discipline, poor off season program, and a lack of intensity during practice.  The kids are just not prepared physically for game speed. In regards to Hookem's game changer cut the player some slack. He is a talented player and a good kid.  He just unfortunately does not walk on water  as advertised, but anyone on this forum would welcome him on your team.
Here is the problem with Liberty's players, they're getting the crap kicked out of them every week.  If they were winning these games, you wouldn't see nearly as many injuries.  Once the going gets tough, Liberty folds up like a cheap tent.  I'm so frustrated by this I can barely see straight.  I have supported this team for the past several years and have seen a great influx of talent come and go under the directions of crappy coaching and even crappier players attitudes.  I am hard on LIberty because they deserve better.  Until their players realize that, they will continue to be a joke.  Most of those kids who are in the "infirmary" are well enough to do whatever they please Saturday.  I've heard from coaches who are frustrated with the players not wanting to get back from injuries.  They want to wear the jersey to the pep rally, but not wear it to battle.  I'm tired of it.  Something has to be done by someone who can.  It needs to happen asap.
I hope you understand we are saying the same general thing.  I am just reluctant to call out any young man's heart and determination on this forum.  The frustration is with the overall program and what is allowed an expected. For those that don't know though, if you are interested in seeing the Panthers compete at something go watch the girls they compete at every sport.

 17.
Jones playing then Liberty is out of excuses.
Leave the kid out of it.  He can't help that his family can't keep their mouth shut
 18. Liberty had 18 JV kids to start the season. They were never going to finish the season with a JV and Freshman team.  They have not had three teams the last three years and have not tried too hard to do so.  This is dissappointing for a 3A school in my opinion.  It also could be an indication of what state the entire program is in.
 19.
Hate to be the bearer of this but since 2008-current Lib is 19 wins 25 losses=9 gm under.500.At 1 time their win % was up there but it has took a big nose dive lately
I believe only one maybe two of those wins are against teams with a winning record.  BMT Kelly 2011 and Cleveland 2010 (not sure if they were above 500, but Liberty beat them to get to the playoffs).  In the last five years I have not seen a Liberty team even compete with a good team.
 20. Note to the complaining Dayton fan.....Really?  If you want to throw up in your mouth a little come across the river watch that abomination.
 21. Jasper fans how is the young man that went down with the bad break last week in Liberty doing?  I pray full recovery works out for him I believe I remember he was a Junior.
