Everything resulted in points only stop we had was when they only got one play before halftime.

He had looked real good. Had a long run I remember and maybe a swing pass. They are killing our secondary and then running all over us.

The Carthage offense is everything it has been made out to be. Their defense is real good against the run but we have been able to throw the ball very consistently. Not near as impressed on the defense overall as the offense. Congratulations Carthage you have already put a whoopin on us. Good luck from here on out.

One thing i have learned as a Tiger fan, these are high school kids and anything can happen. We have experienced our share of upsets thru the years in all sports. And although Carthage doesn’t slip up often at all, it can happen. We just have to play our best and take advantage of anything that comes our way.

I will definitely congratulate you if you win tonight and give you due credit but as far as any of that other stuff well I will save it for our ventures on the court if that’s the case. And if it’s not the case then we’ll i will be excited and happy for this team.

I have been reading posts here and on that other site as well. One thing I am noticing is how many Tiger fans are sounding tired of hearing Carthage fans or others bragging in them. My opinion on that is that they have earned that right just like we have on the b-ball court(even to a higher level...). And just like I feel on that side, the only way we can say much about it is to knock them off that seat. Here is to hoping that will happen tonight!!

I would take this back maybe even further to the Navasota playoff game that was, I believe, at Woodforrest Stadium.

That full squad may be as early as next week, but you probably won’t really see us at full strength until about January when they get some time on the court and in basketball shape.

Who else would be doing that?

Are there going to be 3 games tonight? I know we have had teams in Jv and freshman tourneys.
