Orangefield had lost 2 girls before the season. Both of them were recently named to the All tourney team at the State tournament.

Learn the lesson now. College would be worse.

Have coached these girls in the summer for 4 years. Not a better group of girls around. So proud of them. Takes a lot of work and effort to get there 2 years in a row. Great things will follow these girls.

Legacy playing in state tourney HJ Woodville

Legacy Christian Lady Warriors will open up state tourney action Thurs at 1:30 vs Legacy Prep Woodlands in Waco. These 2 teams split their head to head meeting during the regular season. The Lady Warriors went 6-2 vs local 3a-5a teams in the triangle this season.

Glad that Legacy has already punched the ticket to the state tournament. Looking forward to any coverage for those girls who have worked their butts off this season.

We split with Legacy Prep on the season. Won by 3 at their place lost by 1 at ours. 32 minutes at a time now.

This game determines who moves on to the state tourney next week. I would expect Legacy Prepmto move on but who knows?

Wow, really thought they might have a run in them this year.

We got a first round bye. We will play winner of Sacred Heart Hallettsville and Tomball Rosehill Christian who play on Tues.

SETX Elite will be having tryouts for girls March 8th at Silsbee High school. 6-8th grade 3-4 pm 9-12th 4-5:30 There is no tryout fee and the cost is 350 which includes uniforms and all tournaments. We are a girls only program. If you need more info contact Coach Smith 409-217-1718.

Good luck in the playoffs coach. You have those girls playing well. Such a turnaround for those girls. It was great to get all of our freshmen on the court for most of the game so they could gain experience as well.
