AND... the coach before Collazo was Aguilar. He left because his wife got a coaching or teaching position out of state. He resigned very late in the summer and that's how Collazo was chosen for his one year stint out of retirement. The coach before that resigned because of conflict with the AD at the time. To my knowledge no coach for the girls has left for greener pastures due to parental opinions posted on forums (at least in the past 6 yrs).

Solo- the player in question probably scored half of their points. She did a great job at the goal. Good addition to their team. The horns didn't have a great shooting game but still that player's points and presence definitely made a big difference for the lady cards.

Lady Panther #3 was on fire in games 2 - 4! I hear she is a freshman... very impressive!

5 returning varsity - 2 seniors and 3 juniors

Both incidences were in bad taste.  However the difference is in the fact that one group was adults who make their own decisions...good or bad and their actions are a reflection of their own character. The other group was one who was elected to wear a uniform to represent their school and their actions reflect the character of an entire student body.
