1. I said it once I'll say it again. I cant believe Silsbee folks are even entertaining the idea of a win. Hell you better hope you can at least score........once. Silsbee is a talented team but make no mistake they are not at WOS level. Honestly very seldom is anyone . I just hope both teams stay injury free thru this game and both do well in the playoffs. I'm not from Silsbee or WOS but have watched both play. Silsbee -good WOS- better. way better. IMO
2. They are impressive.  Whoever said their offense needed work. Um i think it's just fine.
3. I just read all this for the first time today. I really hope WOS folks don't put all BC people in the same category with that pot stirring retard. WOS football has and will always be respected in BC. Great fans great competition.  Nothing wrong with a little cross town rival trash talk but this guy doesn't represent what the town of BC stands for thats for sure. Congrats on the W. I hear the freshman game was also a great one and went down to the wire. WOS pulled out a 10 to 8 victory in the last minute. Sounds like some great football games in the coming years.
4. ^^^^^^^^^^ dude your funny^^^^^^^^^^
5.

WOS wins 21 - 14. An obvious boat paddle here. ;) ::) Large pot of gumbo!!!
Sooner or later someone is going to score on WOS.  I don't think that BC will win, but WOS is due an off game, and Bridge City has a team that is capable of making this a close game.
Based on what I have seen, no they don't.
Aggies always hating on BC.
i would like to say this to the KIDS over in bridge city and to there coaching staff and to the bridge city fans. we here at wo-s always wish your kids the best your a class bunch the sportmenship over the years have been outstanding over the years.our kids here at wo-s would like to thank your over the years for your support in our playoff run . mustangs win this friday
It would be real easy for a WOS fan to get on here and make the same predictions as everyone else. But instead we get this. Shows class Skip. I mean the outcome of this game really is no secret. I am a cardinal fan but i am also a realist. Best of luck to both teams on an injury free game.
6. I will say the same thing to Silsbee fans as i said to all others who think they have a chance against WOS. I cant believe your even entertaining the thought. Silsbee has strong offense which WOs will shut down of course. Silsbee has a weak defense which WOS will score on. I mean it's not rocket science. Is Silsbee the best team in 3a that WOS has played sure but they dont have enough to beat them.JMO
7. There was some booing of one young lady for PNG that I believe used to attend Lumberton, so I'm sure people took that the wrong way. I did see a PNG parent or fan come across the court after the game pointing and shaking his finger at somebody but dont know what that was about. It was a very intense and hard fought battle that could have easily went Lumberton's way. Great game to both teams and Good Luck in the playoffs to both teams Sounds like classless riff raff to me from lumberton to me.
8. Heard a bunch of riff raff went down at this game.
9. Good luck to your cards sir! Wish them the best except the orangefield game  Had to throw that in there? LOL Hopefully they will move yall back down or should i say stay in 3a while we all move up to the new 4a ( which I think is all dumb) I really dont like the 4 playoff teams and the cutting of the tournaments. Good luck to yall the rest of the season.
10.
No reason for a 6yr-11yr to have to wake up at 5:30 to make an out of town game. [/quote

I agree with the 3 previous posters.  People don't have a problem getting up that early an 8am soccer game in Houston or a 9am select baseball game in Houston.  What's the big deal?  You go to bed earlier.  I always looked at it from an advantage standpoint.  If our team was more disciplined off the field and did what they were supposed to do by going to bed earlier, then we would have an advantage on the field at 8am.   Just my 2 cents. By the way Smashmouth, did you notice the thread discussing your feelings being hurt just suddenly disappeared.  Man, that was totally insensitive on someone's part. :)
Pretty hilarious...I may have to change my name to SmoothMouth...just sayin'. Like i have said before. Some people take this way to seriously. Disciplined ? Really? some of these kids are still going to time out. There 6 to 11. K thru 5th grade. Disciplined at that age is eating all your vegetables so you can be big and strong. Your still learning the alphabet and colors in K. Disciplined to say yes mam to your mom and no sir to your dad. To be respectful and to share. But Im sorry to me not so much on the football field. And some people wonder why their kid once they reach jr. high or high school dont want to play anymore. When there this young it should be fun. I mean real fun. Team moms bringing popcicles for after practice fun. Learning what its like to be on a team. Buuut do i thinkl its to early no. Not even. I remember getting my kids up early before daylight to go deer hunting. And they loved it to. So did I. I think its whatever you decide to do. I commend all the moms and dads on this site for at least wanting to spend time with their kids. Helping to teach them and other kids a great GAME. There are lots of kids out there who either dont have parents interested in them or dont have the means. But please guys stop with all the dicipline and dedication talk. There will be plenty of time for that come 8th or 9th grade. Sorry hope i didnt offend anyone. JMO Oh and SMootmouth please get over it soon ;D
11. what makes him so good that he could make the varsity team as a 7th grader. You understand how silly this sounds right. I mean really hes 12 or 13.
12. Sorry I guess Im the dumb one. But can somebody tell me who Jimmy Neal is and what is his background.
13. Guess I shouldnt have put words in your mouth. This all stems back to when the news first came out that yall were coming to 3a. ALLLOOOTTTT of Buna people on here was basically downing the 3a competition. Like they were so much better than everyone in 3a except silsbee and wos. I just didnt like all the attitude. Everyone knows Buna is always competitive in every sport. Just didnt need the arrogance. On a different note: Third. PLEASE tell me when the last time OF or HF have had a "good" football team? are you serious? Might just offend some peeeps ???
14. Not truck but i bet he can out run a few.
15. Underwater basket weaving team. Lol all district
16. You really feel like kickin that ant pile again?
17. Does anybody know the attendance for mcm.
18. Which is why i wish nothing good this year for Buna. You got on this board talking all kinds of crap of how its no difference. You might have been up 24 on BC but in the end you were down. Thats what counts.  Get it straight yall didnt give BC anything. BC came out second half and TOOK that game from yall. Yall can compete this year. Better hang on to that cause if BC Oranfefield or HF have a really good team like they do often yall will be in serious trouble. Cant believe i let dome of you Buna folks get me upset. Just funny how you down play everyone and act like yalls crap dont stink. Oh by the way cant wait til y'all meet Hayden Guidry this year. We'll see if there's no difference then either. Good luck with that. 8)
19. It just has always puzzled me. Probably a bunch of other folks i bet.
20. I think aaalllloootttt of people on this board takes YOUTH football waayyyy to seriously. I mean really their what 7 to 12 years old. But on another note can someone from lumberton or anywhere tell me what happens to yalls football program once they get into school ball. I mean yall have had a very very successful youth football program for years competeing every year with everyone. Is it just me or does it all just seem to go away come school ball. I know yall have alot of talent in your town. I am saying all of this in the most respectful way.
