well Im not on here to talk bad about anybody I was just stating facts...I also believe that it was at the bigging of Brookelands basketball season also...but I dnt like making excuses for them or anyone...and ya it was only by 2..=( Wildcats were still rusty and not in sync... ;D 8)

brookeland old gym was the worst gym in the good old USA Maybe in Southeast Texas but not the USA. There was a gym I used to play basketball in out in the West Texas town of Presidio. I know I called it a gym but it was really more of a cafeterium. Tile floor, no bleachers and just restrooms to dress in. BAD wow presidio...I used to know about them, for my time at Tornillo High...West of Ft. Hancock..

ya Broaddus' old gym is pretty bad..but I was meaning Brookelands when i talked about the worst gym...but Broaddus and Brookelands old gyms are pretty much identical..right down to the poles and low ceilings..lol

Catman would say when brookeland goes too REDHORSE it will be real bad.You no dr. ya you do have a point CATMAN, its a whole different game when in Leggett..they just seem to have,...uhhhhh, great home court advantage, thats what I'll call it... 8) With the game aside though, Im kind of worried for the players safety...In this game there was 4 tech's and a flagrant foul, and a few pretty hard fouls....And after the Goodrich/Leggett incident, you may never know.... What went on in GOODRICH oh, well this happened i believe the week before BS and Goodrich played....Gpodrich had a home game against Leggett, and players and fans began to scuffle and fight and they just cut the lights out in the gym and had everyone go home...well thats the simple version.. I know there may be disciplinary actions taken against Leggett, it was just reported by the District Chairman to UIL not to long ago... I bet REDHORSE DID SOME kicking :D :D prob... wonder how Lester would match up.... ???

I know this is pretty up north...but has anyone by chance seen "the Coliseum" in Tatum... I believe it is one of the best I have seen ever... 8) now the worst...ehhh,,,some of ya'll should take a trip to Groveton Centerville...hahahahaha ;D or maybe Brookelands old gym, new one's not much better..no visitor dressing rooms, new seating has fans basically on the court during the game... :-\

I saw a few people talking about WB's gym, and I thought I'd ask this for kicks... Whats the Best and/or Worst gyms you've seen in this area?

one more thing, Jasper won't get in.... Now before people get they're panties in a wad, Im not saying JPT is bad or horrible, NO. Its just this district is a little harder than people think, with Center, Huntington, Hudson, and believe or not the Lumberjacks. I have Jasper finishing 5th.. 8)

I'm afraid so..... The 6-8 guy is signed to SFA. Ive seen that kid from Center play in about 3 games, and being in that area im going to catch a few more of his games...I'll give it to him he is a beast, in a sense that he is athletic and just monsterous in size compared to others. I believe SFA recruited him on solely potential. He needs work being a post man, I watched him numerous times post up either to high or far away from the goal. I watched a 6'2-6'3ish post from Pine Tree push him off the block with ease. He is a BEAST potentially...still I give the District Champ to the Roughriders. ;D

Look granny & Master T I have been to enough games to tell you if Walters is hitting 3's or not hitting nothing........ Thats all I said about the kid I never said anything like he is the worst player or he needs to be athletic etc....... I was just saying that he was not hitting 3's you got that........... I have been to alot more games now and in the past than alot of you people coming after me has.......... Besides you know in the back of your head that when a good player of your team does bad at a game you say something like "well Johny did not hit good from the arch tonight" but the next game he does better so maybe Walters will do better next game........
