Hold up now, I no longer living in Shepherd and it has alot to do with the person that cut the cord, and his support system. But to say that Shepherd is Classless just becasue of a small group of people is ridiculous. There are groups of people in almost every town that think they can do whatever they want, and more times than not they get away with the junk. And being a school board he thinks he has more power than most. But to label the whole town classless over one group is wrong.

Shepherd is better than who? I think Liberty,Tarkington, Hardin, Woodville, Splendora,,,,, but I don't think that is what stilljacked was saying. I believe he was saying Shepherd is better.........as in better than they have been!!

I understand your point, but that is the same thing that gets brought into these types of conversations everytime they hit the board. I am not saying they kids should concern themselves with it, I just wanted to know what the general SETX community thought about it. In my opinion it all comes down to beating Huffman. Liberty won't even be in the conversation unless they pull off some crazy upset somewhere. Man you gonna have panthaplaya09 Wetting down his leg with talk like that.

They have a chance but they will have to beat Liberty, which I think will happen and then Huffman which will be a little taller order. With that said, I would rather have a shot, than none at all. I know that the two people that I listen to believe that if they are close at the half, Coach Jones will find a way to be in the game at the end.

I sure hope Shepherd wins, but everything in me thinks Coldspring will win. With that said, It sounds to me like the guys have sure bought into what Coach Jones is selling. If the Pirates win this game, you may as well go ahead and start working on the sign that reads "Welcome to Shepherd and Bob Jones Stadium".

Wouldn't that be nice. Silsbee is what 10 miles from Lumberton? Instead of getting on here running down Livingston because their stadium is so small, leave early tonight. Go to livingston and eat out. Tell everyone that you see that Livingston needs to do something about their facilities (ie. the Football Stadium). Maybe you will get something across to the towns people who could careless if a new stadium is ever built. Every team that supports their kids in lagre numbers go early and help out. Heck everybody likes to eat and there are some good palces to eat.

Livingston has had this problem for years. Well at least since Coach Rowe took over. What needs to kept in mind is this, the people that are actually at the games in Livingston and are trying to make do, are not the people that needs to be fussed at. They know the problems the old stadium causes. They are doing the best they can with what they are given to work with. Livingston is a large spread out district with a large older population that has no interest in doing anything to help an athletic department. They were barely able to pass a bond to build a new high school. Put anything in it for athletics and it would be shot down. So, no need to dog the Livingston people running the game. They can't fix the problem by themselves.

So you (Liberty) will beat Tarkington, Shepherd, and Splendora? And everybody else is insane. Won't be long now, I guess we will see.

Show up early. My son plays at a small 1 A school outside of Texarkana. Most places we go will not hold our fans. Everybody in town shows up. I'm sure compared to Lumberton and PNG its nothing, but to get a seat ,sometimes we show up before the gates open. Good thing about it, you get to see all of the pregame. And alot of visiting time.

Chavez freshman team could hang 80 on Liberty. But once again, Pantherplaya runs his mouth about things he knows nothing about. The more I think about. . .anytime he opens his mouth he's talking about something he knows nothing about. I thought pantherplayer had passed on. Shepherd won 2 games and Liberty well we all know what they have done, now here he comes again.
