justsaying

I think he means that you have moved on to bigger and better things.  Basically, you aren't making a career over at Brookshire Brothers. But that is just me... I could be wrong.

How about any blocked PAT's Anafanatic?  I seem to remember one of those last year...

One day at the next level, they will both be Capital Letters...

F is the best hands down.....

SHSTIGER would have been perfect except he went against those Bucs.... 19 out of 20 is pretty dang good though.

He who punts... shall not win....

Congrats Hank...  I just wish you played on the defensive side as well.

Another District loss and there will not be any playoffs.

That's a good crazy....

I'll say this.. I know Hank gets most of the publicity but folks better pay attention to our small running back Glen Roberts...  He is the reason we won tonight.  That last TD run was amazing...

Hardin sliced through our defense like a hot knife in butter with the passing attack.....  EC is going to see some passing the rest of the year...  better figure it out.  HJ did the same thing to EC...

There are 3.. they changed it.

Looks like a good game... Get'em Bucs...

Look at it this way... Playing Kirbyville and Newton in the 1st round isn't going to happen this year...
Nobody is delusional, winning tradition is a winning program. Did Anahuac or East Chambers make it past the first round this decade? It does not matter if you win District or finish third, guess what? Three teams make the playoffs. Nobody is delusional, only supporting the Hornets. Nobody is saying how bad Hardin is going to smash the Buna Cougars, Where in this thread did you read that??? You didn't!!! Buna played Newton at Home, Buna will be in Hardin this week. All I gave was my prediction, should I have said Oh I think Buna will beat Hardin 48-28. LOL Wouldn't make me much of a supporter of my school would it? Ha' Like I said, since 1986 Hardin and Anahuac have very similiar records. Most those years Buna was a 3A school. Newton has dominated Football since Noah's Ark. East Chambers has been the TEAM to beat for as long as I have been alive, so that's the only TEAM that truly has the historic edge over Hardin.
To answer your question about when was the last time East Chambers went past the 1st round... You would have to go all the way back to last year... Get your facts straight...

Buna wins big...

and if spell check was automatic we would know what you just said.

Point is... .if they don't run into the State Champions in round three they may have gone deeper...

If I am not mistaken that team (Daingerfield) that blew EC out pretty much blew everyone out...

You'll got to be kidding Anahuac has as much chance of beating Newton as Warren has of beating Anahuac. This district is a battle for second I think EC should get it with what we have returning.
Please Buc the only talent that EC has returning is hank jones and woodville will shut him down
Funny, I heard the same thing from Woodville in 2009 and that didn't happen.

In front of EC High School that is....

Oh well, no HF parade this year....

Good Luck next week Newton.  You have a real challenge on your hands.  Dfield has a pretty complete package.  Size and Speed.  I can't remember ever seeing a team with that many stud athlete's at this level.  I will say this though.  You can pass the ball on them.  Spread the field and you can open up the run game on them after you establish the pass.

has anyone confirmed this change?

oh yes... thank you newton_eagles for keeping the world turning around so we all can have light....
