Hardin and 'great program' should never be used in the same sentence. One district title (ever) 35 years ago doesn't exactly rate as a 'great program'. In fact, it rates as one of the worst traditions all time in the state. Just posting something doesn't make it true. However, it does indicate that the poster has no creditability.

Anahuac takes this one big. Hardin's weak predistrict schedule will catch up with them.

Not all but some do which brings a lot of dislike to our program. Bingo. I couldn't agree more. It's one thing to support your school, and pointing out the positives is part of that. However, constantly making outrageous claims (why aren't we in the top 10?), degrading the competition and acting as if every player at every position is far superior the any other district (and state sometimes) team is the problem I have with it. Don't get me wrong Shepherd was a really good team. I think they will be someone to reckon with.. Wish them luck, really good kids.. No, Shepherd isn't a 'really good team'. They're a 'very average 3A team' (being kind) that just beat a 'very average 2A team' by a wide margin. It was their first win for gosh sakes! If Hardin had issues with Shepherd's speed what's going to happen when they face Anahuac? The tradition continues...
