Really, it's going to be homecoming. Dang! Add that to complaint list... 1. The drive there 2. The drive home 3. 7PM start, I prefer 7:30, gives me 30 more minutes to find my way 4. Homecoming 5. ??? I agree 21-5a is down but for sure Crosby is. No defense & some weird play calling...but what do I know. Porter QB is a tuff kid. Porter was bigger than Crosby too. NC & Dayton can feast on Crosby if the defense don't show up.

Throw everything out the window when Dayton & Crosby play. Records don't matter, one could be winless & the other undefeated it will still be a competitive game. The rivalry game! "Brother vs Brother" Maybe, Crosby & BH can grow into such a game. IMO it will only make our district tougher. Your right HS football is a funny thing...but that's why we love it. I hope for a Crosby win, no injuries for both schools, and better performances as the season goes.

I didn't enjoy the drive, coming or going...but Jasper fans you are gracious host. IMO the best I've been around. BUT...being from Crosby you know we gonna "complain" so here goes: 1. Crosby ROTC get the heck off the field, Jasper's band still playing & they still had time on the clock. 2. START THE &%#$ CLOCK!!! 3. It's the first game, it's been flooding & chaotic, so what about complaining we got to play football & others didn't. Both teams will get better, I hope.

I was on Crosby's team when this game was played. I was JV that got to suite up...I never thought I would end up playing in the game. Jasper might have broke 100 points if I'd played entire game. I would like to see some pay back, go Cougars. I'm so ready for football after this past week I really don't mind the drive but I will hate the drive home if we lose.

I think I've read an article too that said the same thing. I cannot say for sure.
