Nederland vs. Magnolia/Predictions
PhatMack19 replied to PhatMack19's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Our pitching was good last week, it was our bats that struggled.
That's the truth. The Dogs are going to have to swing the bats if they want to have a chance in this series. Against BH, Nederland scored 6 runs on 10 hits in the 3 game series. That won't cut it against Magnolia this weekend. -
What will be the rotation for this series? Will coach go with Brett Brown in game 1 ? How will he use Lasalle in this series, he pitched lights out last week?
Word is that Duplant got released today and will be available for this series. -

Word on the street is that it's a done deal. Here is an old article about it. [Hidden Content]

OKC won in triple overtime to tie the series at 2. Sounds like I missed a good one, guess I should have stayed awake.
Hope grizzlies advance
Sure why not? It looks like all of the other favorites are trying to get out of the playoffs and give Lebron his Championship. It has been a strange playoffs so far this year.
They should supsend both players for at least fifteen games next year. what a jackass bynum is.
That wasn't Bynum's first time to do that this year. He definately needs to sit some games. He is going to seriously injure someone. Hard fouls in the playoffs are one thing, but intentionally trying to hurt someone should be punished severly. Video of Bynum doing the same to Micheal Beasly [Hidden Content]

How about we let it go and talk about baseball. ;D -
Odem and Bynum ejected. The Lakers are playing dirty now. Bynum should be hit with a huge fine. He could have really hurt someone.

Best of 3 series. PAT let us know when the dates are set. Willis is the 2nd place team from 18-4a and swept Magnolia West by the scores of 8-5 and 10-8. They are 21-8 on the year. [Hidden Content]#

According to statistics provided by the NCAA at the season's midpoint, scoring nationwide is down 20 percent and home run production has been cut nearly in half. [Hidden Content] Through April 3 – when the NCAA compiles its “midseason†stats report – the average Division I team was hitting 0.47 home runs and scoring 5.63 runs a game. That’s down from 0.85 home runs and 6.98 runs scored per game at the same point from a year ago. The new bats, which are designed to mimic wood, led to some eye-opening numbers during the season’s first eight weeks: - Division I’s overall batting average fell from .301 a year ago to .279; - Pitchers ERAs dropped from 5.83 to 4.62; - Shutouts skyrocketed from 277 to 444. Virginia pitcher Will Roberts threw a perfect game against George Washington two weeks ago – just the eighth perfect game in Division I. [Hidden Content]

Next year. Look for these numbers to be cut in half. :o [Hidden Content]
Would be considered a rumor if this question was answered>>>even if it was ABSOLUTLY correct, only one that can answer without it being considered a rumur is the mom, then I would still have my doughts...BTW there is no #1, 2, or 3, havn't you heard....
Yes, your son's "rumor" ended up being correct, but after he retracted it saying he was playing, then changed his mind again saying he was out. No one knows but his Dr. and hopefully we will find out something in the next few days. -
Looks like Montgomery was the only team that was able to complete the upset. That's why the better team always wants to play a series. The Fwood/Foster Game 3 went 10 innings with a final score of 17-16! I bet that was a fun one to watch.
