  1. A&M against Cal St Fullerton tonight in College Station. Should be a good one. I was told Ehlert(LCM) is on the mound.

  3. Ags lead UC irvine 8-1 in the 6th. Should be a good one tommorrow night against rice.
  4. No response to my earlier question. I was wondering if Grogan was getting recruited by anyone. They have him listed at linebacker on rivals but no colleges interested.
  5. I haven't heard of any colleges recruiting Grogan on offense or defense as of now. I figured LU would be talking to him. Any one heard of any colleges that may be interested?
  6. They lost to Galena Park the first game of the year. Maybe they have improved since then because I didn't think GP was very good.
  7. It's considered Co-District Champions. Head to head only comes up to determine playoff seeding not championships.
  8. Time to change my mind after all of the games have been played. Hannah proved last night he is the best all around player in the district. He had a great year and deserves the MVP. Grogan was his normal self last night against a tough raider D, but for some reason we abandoned the run way too early. Harris is just an athlete and is key to Livingston winning a share of the district title. Beard is a great player, but I think missing the last two games hurt his chances. Best wishes for a speedy recovery, he has a bright future ahead of him, and I look forward to watching him play on Saturdays. Isodore is a good recruit but his team was not and that should take him out of the running. This isn't the best recruit award its the defensive player of the year.   9. I was just as impressed with his punting as his running. The few times he did have to punt, he boomed a few very high punts over 50 yards in the air.
  10. They made an excuse for missing practice and Neuman later found out the truth. They made a mistake and Neuman acted quickly and they got the punishment they deserve. I do feel for Asa missing his last varsity home game. I know his Grandma would have loved to walk him on the field for senior night. Chalk it up as a lesson learned and hopefully Nederland can get past this. Can't help but wonder if this had been next week with CE King waiting if we would have ever even heard about any of this.

  12. Grogans rushing totals Ozen - 223 PN-G - 152 LC-M - 184 Central - 138 Livingston - 183 Vidor - 185 = 1065 yards rushing in 6 district games
  13. Dustin Harris is the best player I have seen in 20-4a. Only saw him play against Nederland, but he dominated offense, defense, and special teams in that game. Without him there is no way that Livingston is tied for the lead in district with 1 game left. MVP - Harris Offense - Grogan Defense - Beard
  14. If Lumberton loses and Livingston wins next week, Lumberton will play Dayton in the first round. Think we may hear about that 8-7 game a few times?
  15. Are we wasting Grogan's talent at RB? Why play your best defensive player exclusively on offense and only give him the ball 8 times? Nederland is not going to run the ball anyways with the spread, so why not let the kid make a difference on the defensive side where they need the most help.
