Dude stop! These are teenage kids, not grown men getting paid to play football. No way in hell should they be allowed to have a players only meeting. Fact is Graham seems like a good person, but as a football coach is horrible. I'm not taking a shot at him. I'm judging by his resume (record). Have you been to a United practice this season? I have. Sounds like those players weren't prepared to win! Who's job is it to remind the player to stay inbounds? Who 's job is it to teach blocking techniques so the player isn't holding? Who installed that long drown out way of getting the play in? Where is the @BMTSoulja1 that was calling coach Washington and his coordinators out every week? Just like winning, losing can become habitual. It starts at the head.

They always figure out a way to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory! There needs to be a winning cultural change at United. The next coach needs to be a proven winner or from a consistently winning program. He also needs to be allowed to bring in his entire staff.
