I do not know I am getting frustrated... He is either going to drop a good bomb on us as this being a great recruiting class... or he is embarassed. School has started what else is there to figure out..

This will be taking place on Sept 5th at the Beaumont Civic Center.. This is an all amateur mma event. This is featuring a bunch of local fighters including Matt Boden of Nederland. Also 2 guys from my gym will be fighting Jonathan Wheeler and Jared from the Gracie Barra Beaumont academy.

I think that it is a good schedule with some very winable games.. I think after seeing that we should go 6-5.... (very very very early prediction) A winning season during our 1st year would be great... but beating McNeese in the 1st game would be huge... But for me the best thing would be to put the wood to SHSU... That would make ME so very happy.. and it would also rile terror up a bit...

I think BJ is unstopable at 155...

Venom, I think you have a very biased opinion as well.. Yes Fedor has fought the best, but that was a while ago... I think he is probably the greatest fighter, but he has not been tested against the best lately... Baseball is right the folks he is fighting now just aren't at the level of what Anderson Silva is fighting at. Fedor had the chance to fight in the best org in the world and fight the best heavyweights that are here right now... I would take Lesnar, Mir, Coture, and even Carwin before any of the douche bags he will be fighting in Strikeforce or dream... Maybe we can see him fight Minowaman (Awesome)......NOT

Okay... all the academic rating services are wrong and you are right... I have met plenty of dumb people with degrees from UT and UH ect as well as very smart people from LU... It goes both ways... Think about it you work with about .000005% of the grads from LU... Maybe the academics from the 1980's aren't as good as you think.

You have it bass ackwards KDO... The academics have improved over the past 10 years... You need to check your facts! Under Dr. Simmons LU has improved greatly.

How is it a waste of money?? It will increase enrollment (more money for the university in state funding)... and bring back the all important marching band... I figured as a bando... that would make you happy... And I do believe that you are mistaken.. Lately the student support has been growing at the basketball games... I do not know if you were at the Texas Tech game when they stormed the court or when we had 8900 people at a game in 2008....(just a few examples) You must not do very good research... This will provide more scholarships for people to attend school.. football players. cheearleaders, band folks, womens soccer, softball, and what ever other womens sport they add. By adding these sports it will not take away from the academic budget it will add to it because of higher enrollment due to the increase in quality of life on campus... DUH

I think 15 for GA and 20 for reserved is about right... UofH only charges $20 for endzone seats and $30 for sideline seats... so I think 15 and 20 are good prices
