Liberty could've gotten turf and other things done to that stadium long time ago, the powers that be just don't want to change with the times. Had that discussion with a few folks dating back over 10yrs ago.

Eventually I would think. They have a nice turf practice field on campus.

2018 lost a close game to Grandview by 2 in OT I believe, the next yr lost by 2 TD's. 2020 I wanna say they had another close game with someone, and of course the LRA loss last season by 9 I think. EDIT: EC lost to Yoakum 37-35 in 2020.

Speaking of The Ant Mound ( @BMTSoulja1 favorite name for em) I think they have a PA native on their squad, the Pierre Jr kid (CB/WR). If that kid middle name is Trent and was born in 2005 after Rita hit here in PA I know some of his folks.

I'll have to see after week-2. Can't say Ned wont be ready for district on paper seeing who they're scrimmaging and their first 3 games of the season. First step is the QB situation, but based on what Coach Barrow said I feel like both kids will be on the field in some capacity. I'd start the 6'4 kid and have the other one on the field at WR/RB. I'm about 99% certain he'll have the speed demon CB play snaps on offense some so that'll give yall another weapon. Anyone knows what's up with the trenches on both sides?

I think 7A is more far off than a 6A split. It's going to be interesting next realignment for sure.

I said the exact same thing when he changed it, but he's taking a chance on getting less time. I don't think it's going to work out for him.

Both roads would be tough, but I get what he's saying though. Playing from the 2nd seed you wouldn't see Longview til Regional Final if you survive the first 3 weeks of the playoffs. Speaking of Longview: I saw on another site that the stud WR from Waxahachie has transferred to Longview, that'll make 3 D1 WR prospects for em this season to go along with their stud RB who has a ton of offers just from this off-season and what should be yet another stout defense.
