Say what you will but I do not think running out of tickets will be an issue because if they do we can bring chairs and sit around the fence, Nederland will support their boys! Go Dogs! Heck I will bring a pit!
I hope thats a bbq pit and not a pit-bulldog.  :D  ;)
 2. Its gonna be funny when Vidor's side is full and they fill up half or more of the other side.  I hate to say it but i dont see any problem with Vidor not sending more tickets long as they originally sent enough tickets to provide the season ticket holders, they know its a big game and they want something called *homefield advantage*.
 3. WO-S by 10 in a low scoring game
 4. he's the reason i had stopped rooting for UK, he almost destroyed the bball program. I remember having conversations with one of my Commanders (Kentucky Alum) about Billy Clyde, to say the least he wasnt impressed, alot of people wasnt fond of him.
 5. Yeah DP overall is a slow team, guess those guys dont really take track seriously there. Only saw 3 speedsters for them.

All eyes on #27 and they're DONE!
You live in a dream world of your own. Everyone else is wrong but you. You think your God if you say it, it must be. Well there is a God and your not him.LOL
You better enjoy your little success with #27 this year because next year is out of the equation for them Bucs. Kirbyville 8th grade and Jv is loaded with talent and some of the freshman players are starting on varsity this year.
is that the same 8th grade team that got whipped by Jasper?  ??? Heard the JV team didnt fare so well either  ;) :D
Mr. Buddy what are you talking about man?? Jasper beat Kirbyville JV 30-22. When all these kids merge together on Varsity look out!
That was what i was talking bout lol  ;)

 8.

Yet Taylor gave up 33 to FB Hightower in a 33-14 loss,Hightower edged Elkins 22-12  Dayt beat Elkins 17-6
I had a gut feeling Angleton was going to lose against Taylor. Taylor's defense was outstanding. Better than Nederland's and Nederland has a heck of a defense. Never mind that they gave up 23 and 33 points to 2 championship caliber 5A teams in Katy and Hightower, but the fact is that they only gave up a total of 130 yards to Katy and 230 yards to Hightower and outgained both of them in yardage. Turnovers were the keys to those losses. Angleton outgained Taylor in yardage and I was very proud on how the Wildcat defense played. Taylor just made the big plays late in the 4th and if it wasn't for a questionable pass interference call and the missed holding call on the DE, Angleton would have pulled it out. But that's football. Sometimes you get the calls and sometimes you don't. But again Alief Taylor had about 5 D1 caliber players on their defense and it showed. It was a tough, emotional loss and the good thing is that we have a bye week coming up to regroup and get ready for Lamar Cons. The bad is that we have to wait 2 weeks to get a chance to get back into the winning feeling.
wow!  :o
 9.
Buddy....Butler was built in '65, so I don't know where it ranks among other HISD stadiums...but a coat of paint and a scoreboard definitely don't equal nice facility. LOL Don't get me wrong, I coached in Crosby last year and that press box is not much better than Butler's....probably the worst I have seen is at Fun Stadium.  Don't know how many of y'all have been there....I played there a few times and it is nothing nice.
Oh i know, when i was stationed in Wichita Falls i went to a game in Burkburnett (4A at the time) and that stadium was smaller than Crosby, pressbox was the size of a box of matches, I left early, couldnt stand it. (and they had just painted over the stadium) I had trouble using my cell there, guess i was too close to that sucky state 10 mins to the north  ;)

 18. SC by 27. (you remember what happened the last time with the point spread at PNG ;))
 19. Ok, my first challenging pick. Give me Nederland!
 20. DP has a nice kick returner, i think #7 if i recall. I'd suggest dont kick it to him, that will be their offense in this game IMO.
 21.
you are talking about delmar.
ahhhhhh, you right.  8)
 22.
was looking at the schools student numbers...PAM is awfully close to being 4a... :o ;D...and summer creek is close to being 5a...with that being said,20-4a would be doomed lol
To be quite honest were 1 terrible hurricane away from being 4A. with that being said I really hope no hurricane hits here again. you see what happened in Galveston County  ;)
 23.
no,butler is west of 610...if you are going 610 north and exit buffalo speedway and hang a left on main and go 5miles,stadium on left. looked like they did some renovations at butler. video board and new field turf.
Oh ok, I remember Dyer being right across another stadium that the name started with the letter B, cant figure it out.
 24.
Most people assume that Nederland & Vidor are shoe-ins to make the playoffs.  Central, Ozen, PNG, LCM, & Livingston all have legit shots to make it.  This district should be a lot of fun this year.  My advice to coaches is to score as many points as you can and win by as much as you can. I can see some tie breakers in the near future to decide this mess.  Who makes the playoffs and who is left a home come playoff time?
1. NED 2. Vidor 3. Livingston 4. Central-------surprise pick as of today Ozen is left home due to losing to Central. (my thoughts as of now)
