2. Playoffs for PN-G next season, I guarantee it. It might be more than just that playoff berth also, MCM is gonna be interesting next season  ;) 8)

(some of us had to do a show tonight, soulja ::)) From what I saw in that 2nd half of play was pretty simple. West Brook is just the better team. West Brook will make waves for sure this season.
Well, what had happened was.... ;D
dont worry, we had a better 2nd man with the headset on tonight, he knew a tadbit more than you as far as small-school  ;D
...and this is the same guy that said that a rematch Steele was inevitable...
at least we can look forward to that, you guys cant even sniff the playoffs now-a-days, plus the now annual beginning of the season loss to PAM  ;) ;D
 4.
Grinnell's been at this for years. They're like the old Paul Westhead Loyola Marymount teams, but much more explosive. I could go out tomorrow and shoot alone for an hour and have a hard time scoring half of that. I saw the story and he took 108 shots, 71 of which were threes. He jacked it up every time he touched it. It's an incredible accomplishment nonetheless. BTW- A kid on the OTHER team scored 70.
reminds me of the Marble Falls vs Boerne Champion football game, Marble Falls QB breaks the record but BC's QB sets one as well with no recognition lol
 5. its Soulja's fault  ;)

Newton beat Daingerfield 21-0 in '98 at Homer Bryce Stadium.
Newton was 3A that year...right
yup!
Back when  Maurice Clarrett challenged the 3 year out of high school rule and won, opening the door for USC WR Mike Williams in 2004 before it was overturned. I remember hearing that Adrian Peterson (a HS senior at the time) was pretty set on entering the draft out of high school before all that got flip flopped. He was a projected Top 10 NFL pick if he entered the draft. After 1900 yards rushing his freshman season at OU, (and all his success since then) he proved that would not have been a mistake. I am a big supporter of the rule that you must wait until 3 years after your graduating class. I hate what it has done to college basketball with one and done players, and even worse when you could go straight out of high school. The NBA game has been affected by this as well.
I think the NCAA needs to change their stance on Basketball players........I think they should have to stay in school 2 years once they sign with a school
i agree 1000% with this!
 21. from the article it seems like they're doing some house cleaning over there. :o
 22.
Well, being stuck up here in the panhandle for a little while I went Friday to catch a 1st round playoff game in 6 man. It is a different and interesting game. This is a game where the team with the overall best athletes will win. I think one team had 18 players total and the other had 11 or 12 but I am willing to bet the starting 6 never came off the field unless someone was hurt. I think it is best characterized as an organized sandlot game. Those kids couldn't have had enough energy to party after the game......heck, I was tired just watching them
LOL .....wish Soulja could have attended this, REAL small-school ball.  ;) ;D
