An arbitrator would hear those issues and thats not a battle Sterling is going to win.

This punishment today was more than just on Sterling, its more than that, this was an indirect warning to other owners that this type of b.s. wont be tolerated on his watch! Something that good ol boy David Stern couldn't (or wouldn't) do.
