But is a super athlete an will blow up this spring an summer.5'10 185 safety and runningback 10.6 100 meters.Last year alone WOS fielded these dbs on a 3A team. Travon Blanchard (Baylor signee) Jmarcus Rhodes (SMU signee) Quentin Tezeno (Utep signee) Colin Janice ( Arkansas State signee) Deionte Thompson (2015 Bama commit) Chris James (2014 Iowa State commit) 2006 Deon Beasley 2007 Earl Thomas, Jacoby Franks 2008 Seth Thomas 2010 Trey Franks James Haynes 2011 Mark Roberts 2012 Justin Thomas Dacarlos Renfro. All these kids played DB for WOS pretty impressive for a school with less then 700 Kids in the entire school.
Didn't he start at safety for Ozen last year? It's hard to start for WOS when he's on Ozen's football team.
Started maybe 5 games for Ozen then transfered to WOS for the rest of the season. Had to sit out 15 days while at that time coaches told him he wouldn't see the field unless he took someone's spot. The point is 6FBS DB's on one 3A team is amazing imo.
I heard he transferred a week before the Silsbee game. And he was a two year starter for Ozen.
Idk what the exact date was but he only played in one district game for Ozen Then on top of that he's from Orange we let Ozen borrow him.
He left Ozen after the LCM game. That's seven games including four district games. He started at Safety  as sophomore which is another thirteen games. That's twenty varsity games in an Ozen uniform. He played seventh and eighth grade football at Odom. Sounds like Beaumont nurtured his talent and is now letting Orange borrow him to me.
:D
 2. WO-S has only lost once in district play as a 3A school right?

 9.

Silsbee will beat them this year.
If the Tigers stay healthy, not only do they beat WOS, they should make another deep run in the playoffs.
Game is in Silsbee this year, with the majority of the team back, i agree also that Silsbee beats them. I dont see any other team in the district doing it unless BC or Orangefield have the game of their lives.
Not sure if the coach will read and respond.  However, I would like to.  My guess is that he is claiming that they wwere the public school champion if one were not to count charter schools as public schools ( perhaps suggesting that the two are put together in a different manner)  I would also suggest that the booing was not at the players but rather at those responsible for the manner in which that "oganization" was assembled.  I suspect that he believes, as I do, that, the spirit/intent of some rules were violated.
you beat me to the post. +1

 16.
I don't remember the year, but I saw Immanuel McElroy for P.A. Lincoln score 50 against Wheatley in the 4A Region III Final at the Campbell Center.  Lincoln lost by 3 I believe. I saw Bryan Sallier score 28 points with 20 or 22 rebounds, and I think that was in the State Semi-final. I also saw Darryl McArthur put on a show at the Beehive. Every game that I saw Earl Evans play. If I remember correctly, Earl missed the bus going to play at Lake Charles Boston, and he came in I believe after halftime and scored 50 and Lincoln won.
1997
DV isnt going to like this.  I am sure there is an explanation why LaFleur got MVP in a district that included Lincoln
;D
D1?  Can't believe what the conservative media writes  8)
Please!!! ::) ::  Look at this site [Hidden Content]; Over half their roster is on the future 150 list..Most are 4 and 5 star players. The system is broke and the uil needs to fix it.
is that the right site? i only saw a few from Texas but they were from other schools.
LOL!! Please do not go by Future 150. Its a ranking site where they rank kids who attend their camps by PAYING and playing. Next example please!!!
the poor inner city kids who couldn't learn in public schools have money for basketball camp?
hmmmmmm....... :-X
 19. In the 90s: Franklin Paul (Central) abusing Lincoln in a Jaguar win at the Beehive. In the 2000s: Every J'Covan Brown game I went to at Kelly. It just wasnt fair for whoever had to guard him.
 20.
He TRIED to go to Travis. The rules prevented it from happening.  On another note. Did any one see the pregame put on by Soma Edo from Berkner in the 2nd 5A game on Friday night. That guy has freakish hops. I swear he could hit his nose on the rim.
+1 8)
 21. I remember in 93 my cousin played for TJ, TJ played Cherokee after PNG played it for 5 minutes straight. TJ players got tired of PNG playing Cherokee throughout the night and shutout PNG 21-0.  8) They had to have played it at least 20 times throughout that game. I think that was the first game i asked my mom: "What is that thing dancing in the middle of the field with the ugly shoes on"?  ;D
