Silsbee will be just fine next year, just to mention a few, Adonis Thomas, Kalon Barnes, Tre Lowe. ......and Jacob Collins at QB, who will have studied & practiced a whole season under the new staff/offense. Also, these boys have played together for a long time, every season since they were at least 8 years old.

They refs seem to be doing everything they can to get the Indians to score. Ridiculous!

Wth man.....PEOPLE LIKE ME? If you want to know, I didn't even shed a tear! I smiled, hugged some of our players, and congratulated some of LCM's on my way out! I'm a sore loser bc I stated that the noisemakers were annoying. I have repeatedly said congrats and good luck to LCM and to WOS, for that matter, in all my posts. I am SO SORRY I mentioned KJ, but my statement was not meant to be derogatory towards him, "don't think you can't be beat," how is that in anyway negative towards KJ? It means don't think you can't be beat even with KJ back. BTW, I think I remember messaging you and complimenting on what a great player KJ was, and hoped he had a speedy recovery after he was injured in our game. That's what kind of person I am! But whatever.... Seriously, this isn't even about you or your team, yet you always find a way to take it there. You chimed in and did your usual, bringing up WOS on a Silsbee thread. AND, I said nothing about basketball. Once again, good luck to ya!

I was being a little facetious when I said Smoke-town and class together... But for what it's worth, Silsbee, sometimes referred to as Smoke town by the kids, showed some class tonight. That is all, good luck to LCM and the rest of our district!

Wrong, I said something and moved my seat out of the stands the first moment I heard your noisemakers. This is my sons first time this deep in the playoffs for HS ball and haven't experienced anything like it yet, guess I'll be ready and have my earplugs next year! Heck yeah I'm upset we lost, but believe me, it has nothing to do with your stomping feet and corn shakers! Just thought some of it (not all) was unnecessary. Sorry I stated my opinion, and again.... At times it's perfectly fine, but when you purposely bang, stomp your feet and shake corn at our pitchers, I think it's not cool, jmo. Why didn't you cheer your pitchers on in such a way? Could have heard a pin drop when LCM was on the mound. But I guess that's just smoketown class; ) Congrats to y'all!

Apparently LCM left there class at home! Haven't heard such annoying crap since little league, and you are correct Hardy is not 100% since last weekend.

And.....If UT wants him, they will make the trip to our little 4A school..... just like last year; )

Just got word.... no game today.

I haven't heard from anyone local that he was at the school, he and his family did attend the games in San Antonio this past weekend.

Congrats to WOS.... Dontre' Thomas had, and still has my vote for this award! Fortunately both of my son's had the opportunity to play rt tackle and back up qb this year for DT. I can say they couldn't have had a better QB/Team leader. Dontre worked his a$$ off over the summer, and this season he set records. He had respect from all his teammates, made 5 second game winning decisions, to say the least. He is an outstanding kid and athlete! As much as I hate that he is not getting the recognition/respect from some in our area, I can only hope that he knows how much love we SILSBILLIES have for him! Again such a great kid!!! Much love DT!!! I'll definitely be makeing a trip to Kilgore next year!
