Chad Landry from Bridge City would be a great choice. Head Coach exp at one of the premier programs in the State for the last 25 years. We should be lucky if he applies. School Board should recruit him to take the position. Spell has a great gig Admin pay and I am told paid on the side for football by the hour ---- not a stipend like all the others. May not be able to do Prin. And HC at the same time. Agree, he is a good guy and coach. In ,y mind Chad Landry is PERFECT!!

So if some believe in the New Testament some in the Old, we must agree that both are written "facts/accounts" of stuff that happened--right? Why would you think, not believe, they would be any more factual than say the Torah, etc... Are they merely a book that followers believe in? If so, is that necessarily bad or wrong? I certainly could be misinformed.  In a Religious Ed. class I took in 1977, if memory serves me correct, Alexander Campbell and some others separated and formed the church of Christ ( no cap in church) to represent the New Test and its beliefs.  other stuff such as a capella restrictions, segregation, etc...   anyway, i am a hear, believe and doer, etc... good luck with your beliefs and sincerely hope they bring you peace and salvation.   P.S. put in a good word for the Pope.

I read the reviews on the Internet from various agencies, most felt as though it would hurt business, education, etc... What is right about it? Does it not allow some bit of bias towards some groups trying to exercise their views/beliefs? As in the 1st amendment? I am sure religious folk are against it.

Is it a book that we, as Chrisians, believe in? Are other religions "bibles" just books that they believe in? I think you will see a trend in folk that profess to be Christian but are really racist, anti gay, anti Jew, anti Chatholic, etc... As a Counselor, I see this trend in people that have not been exposed to all aspects of life. What I mean is folks from rural areas, not Educated and judgmental.
