  1. I was never on Chad's case. I had his back, simply because with no experience, he stepped forward for the job and charged hell with a bucket of water. I'm glad that Cornel believed in him and kept giving him a chance.
  2. Have you been to Reliant? I have been to both and I like Reliant much better. If Reliant were the stadium every year, the numbers would go up. I think the scheduling there one year, caused the NW Texas people, to just not go that year, knowing it was coming back to Dallas.
  3. I hope the games move back to NRG. It was a better experience.
  4. I messed around and did not get to my truck until 4pm, and sat in line for over 30 minutes without moving. I saw they were moving behind us and told the man behind me what was going on, and if he would move, we could bot get out,.5 minutes later, we were on public roads. The drive up was not bad, but the drive home sucked, especially since I was flying solo.
  5. maxpreps has some good game pics! I think all the players are there, including a couple good pics of the kicker. [Hidden Content]-(orange,tx)/football/photos/full_size.htm?photogalleryid=f944b86a-66b9-4bd8-8167-91bd4904297a&photoid=4b62284e-6372-406e-bd10-387db277f9a8
  6. Yes, that would have changed the complexion of the whole game. This one play demoralized the WOS offense. Thank goodness it did not affect the defense.
  7. Did you make the game? I was trying to find your number in my phone, to see if I could find you, but I lost it. It was not as pretty of a win as I wanted, but it was a win. I think if that fumble TD had not happened, the complexion of the whole game would have been different.

    1. WOSgrad

I wasn't there, Chick.  I watched it on TV.

But I agree with you, if WO-S scores on that play instead of fumbling, it would have been off to the races.

WOS has ALWAYS been mentally fragile, on things like that. I am starting to think it has something to do with the team leadership

  8. To be fair, they need to release the numbers for the last 5 years.
  9. Definitely not the greatest stadium in the world. Almost equal to Reliant, though.
  10. One area coach takes his team to the State Championship round for 3 years in a row, and they picked who?
  11. I wish there was never another game played at AT&T. It doesn't matter where they are played, people are going to come to the State Championship Games, regardless. Exiting the parking lot at AT&T was just stupid. Never seen anything like it. I sat in my truck for 32 minutes, without moving. WTH????
  12. I am proud of the whole team, but I think one person is not getting the recognition he deserves. Chad Dallas, That young man came on the field for the first time this year, just to kick. He started the year shaky and improved all year long, partly due to Kicker helping him. Yesterday's game saw him flawless on a field goal and all his point afters. Great Job Chad Dallas!
  13. Is the video public?
  14. Why couldn't I get someone to fix my name, when my account got screwed up? My original name was X Man.,
  15. In all honesty, I think Sweetwater has a great defense, but it has not seen the speed and talent of WOS. Same thing with their offense, it is good, but it has not seen the ability of the WOS defense. WOS needs to get in there and play like they know how to play, and don't let up.
  16. Sweetwater's QB is #6, and while he is pretty good, he is not as good as JD3. SW also has another weapon on offense, and that is #15.
  17. Beaumont Enterprise just lost credibility as sports writers. This is a travesty of truth.
  18. Sweetwater has a danger in their #15, and WOS better put a spy on the SW QB #6, if they get to the WOS 10 yd line. He bootlegged 3 TDs against Gilmer, and showed some speed.
  19. Gilmer was not a cupcake, but their secondary was flaky. Sweetwater's #6 QB and #15 are both the most dangerous offensive players they have.
  20. Sweetwater has several talented receivers, but #15 is the biggest threat, and he is a threat on the open field. THEIR QUARTERBACK #6, IS DANGEROUS ON THE QB KEEPER WHEN THEY GET CLOSE TO THE GOAL LINE!!!
  21. Is this posted by td or JD3?
  22. Yeah, some of us never give up, and never will, as long as WOS keeps pumping out wins like they have since 1978, when the State Board of Education forced West Orange to take in Stark.
  23. I see Loins70 made it over here.
  24. haha. would not have happened.
