  1. BC, we can't get beat by The little kittens 2 yrs. in a row. >
  2. I would guess that there is Approx. 2 from each side. This is a real problem. So what is the solution?
  3. This is the post that I was referring to. So, yes someone is questioning the past success. My friend, If the coaches and parents of the players don't take control. Then how is it ever going to get under control? The coaches don't take control because they don't care or don't want to rat on there players. And the parents don't take control because they act blind. Or want to believe that there little Johnny has put on 25LBS.of muscle over the summer by eating Whataburger and taking Creatine. The only way to take complete control of this is by testing all the athletes. And thats not going to happen because it is to costly.
  4. Some of you people make me sick with this he said she said. I very seriously doubt Coach Bryant said anything about anyone being pulled up to varsity. Since it is only Dec. 1 and practice hasn't got going yet. Come on people get with the program.
  5. Over the years alot of players that would be starting. Quit and go strictly baseball, were the injury risk drops of drasticly. And the chance to play at the next level increases. To play college football you have to either be really big or really fast. To play baseball, if your willing to out work the next guy. You have a chance to play.
  6. Wow, How in the world can you ever have this big of a drop off?
  7. I hope everyone that has played B.C. remembers this. A couple of years ago when Matt Pebbles, Jamey Knight and that run of player were at B.C. They could have ran the score up to 100. But they had some respect and were betting everyone so bad that the pulled most of the starters at half. Pebbles could have had 2500yrds rushing his senior year. So when B.C. comes back. I hope Coach Stump, RUNS THE SCORE UP ON EVERYONE HE PLAYS. I am all for finishing the game. But 60+ is getting excesive. So everyone don't forget about this when we start scoring 70+ on you again.
  8. Bridge City is not merging with anyone. We just built a new school. NOT GOINGING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!
  9. Maybe that is the case. But just look at how much more inteligently we spent the money. Who's city is growing and who's is a dump? If your not going to take care of your finances. Then let someone else use them wisely! .....(we'll see what kind of a roar that brings)
  10. Every year but this year. None of the OF players would get to play. So that would be bad for OF. Just Joking!!!
  11. I have no problem with running the score up. The game is not over until the clock say 00:00. I always like when teams finish the game instead of letting up. If you can't keep up that is just to bad. I know the NFL is not High School, this past weekend Tennesse was up 35-7 in the 4th against Houston and they started playing conservative. Houston came back and took the lead with 40 sec. on the clock. So my philosophy is don't ever let up. It's more insulting for me to see a team stop playing a still beat you. That shows how bad you really are if a team doesn't even have to finish to win.
  12. What has happened to B.C? I have never witness something like this.
  13. Why do we mistake LCM's football team for a group of possums? They play dead at home and get killed on the road! Sorry I just had to.
  14. I was not talking about the silsbee game. I was talking about the entire year.
  15. Lets not get on a coaching rampage people. This is a new coach so give it awhile. The truth is that it doesn't matter what type of offense you run. If your talent is limited then your not going to be very good. And I believe this is the case. Keep working hard players and good luck!
  16. I never thought I would see BC go 0-10. But never say never, Ouch sure is looking kinda bad for the new H.C. Maybe we can pull one out against O.F.

  19. Hopefully BC, but so much uncertainty at first I'm gonna say Liberty.
  20. You can't coach speed. So maybe that will help you! The only time the Lastros made the World Series. They had a centerfielder that could fly and couldn't hit very good. So yes speed is very important. Defense wins championship, homeruns look pretty to the fans. I went to the Astros game last monday and the outfield was Carlos Lee, Jason Lane, and Lance Berkman. That had to be the slowest outfield in history, and it showed.
  21. Knight was an outstanding athlete but not a good pitcher. And in my opinion the best pitcher is the one who makes it to the highest level. Blacksher did not throw as hard as Fletcher or Martin, but he was a better pitcher. And he is the only one playing in the Professional levels. You may be outstanding but if you don't have any determination or heart then your not going to be any good. So Blacksher is my vote for the Best pitcher to come out of BC. No one will ever out work this kid. The Question is still out on Angelle and Stringer. After ther done with college we can judge them. Blacksher #1 (hardest working, Biggest heart, Great Skills).
