Why would BH want to play PNG at Lamar? That's giving PNG home field advantage. Hope that's not true.

Thought NC would win bigger. Looks like a big game for BH next week.

This kid use to spend quite a bit of time at my house when he was younger and we lived there. RJ had manners at young age, very humble, willing to do whatever to help others. His dad is still a friend and a great guy. I don't hype up individual players very often, but after being around him at a young age, I could see his determination, great home life, work ethic, knowledge of the game light years ahead of his peers, classroom, and his on field abilities, I knew RJ would be special. I'm pulling for him from the Hill along with all of the other boys we had the pleasure of being friends with. Hopefully, we meet up first round of the playoffs.

Barbers Hill used one for practices and then one day the brought into the indoor facility and someone flew into the wall. It broke into a thousand pieces and $2,500 down the drain. Lol

The only time he scored. He got banged up and they took him out for district. BH already crushed Vidor once on a field that helped Vidor offense. If they play again, I imagine it's on turf and will be worse.

Actually, Quirante got a minor injury when they put him in against us. BH is a different team as well. If you can't throw the ball consistently down field, you won't beat BH. Crosby and New Caney did and that was why they stomped us. Either way, it won't be 40-6.

Lol, yea ok. It will be worse this time. If it's a PNG/BH matchup, then maybe 2-2, but that's a big if. If PAM didn't drop down, it would be 4-0. 22-5a is alot weaker this year than 21-5a. Ya'll will soon find out. New Caney and Crosby are pretty dang strong, BH and Porter are no slouches either. We shall see though.

Could be: D1 PAM vs. Porter PNG vs. New Caney D2 Vidor vs. Barbers Hill Livingston vs. Crosby Or D1 PAM vs. Porter Nederland vs. New Caney D2 PNG vs. Barbers Hill Crosby vs. Vidor Either way, 21-5a probably goes 3-1.

Not a good last couple of weeks for BH. The Humble game was alot closer then score indicated and appears this game was never really close. We have two weeks to get things together and then we have to deal with Roschon and PNG first round of playoffs

Yea, I know it's no indication, but heck you still hate to lose at any level. lol

I think most of the kids will move up. We have I think 33 seniors this year. Not sure if any freshman that will be Sophmores will move up, but knows. Also, most skilled positions for next year on offense is sewed up for the most part. There will be a need on both OL and DL, some WR, and DB's. Other then that we have a lot coming back on varsity.

JV struggled again last night. NC came to play and we didn't. JV drops to 3-6. Tough year for the kids, offense can't get going and defense on the field too much. I forsee alot of these kids playing different positions next year. JV started Spring ball with one coach and summer with a different coach. The new coach changed everything up and I think for alot of the offensive kids it was hard to adjust. Hopefully, the kids stick with it next year. Good group of kids.

It has Barbers Hill beating every playoff team from 22-5a including PAM. Lol

You sure playing at Turner?. We played at the auxiliary field at KWP HS.

LaMarque did the same thing years ago to PNG and PNG won, so nobody said anything. Jack Yates did it back in the 90's, there's alot of successful team that show out. I don't have a problem with it. Actually, the opposing team should get pumped up from it and try to take someone's head off ( not literally). If people don't like it, beat them. Period

Pretty confident there. I'll check back if ya'll make it to Manvel. They're pretty dang good.

Porter hasn't lost a game yet. They beat Crosby and Dayton. I know Dayton isn't the old Dayton, but Crosby is pretty good. If PNG lost by 5, Porter is pretty close to PNG. I'm not saying Porter will win, but might be a little closer then what you think.

That would be a tough road starting round 1.

Hopefully, last Friday is behind us. Penalties and unable to stop a read option QB hurt us last week. We have 3 more weeks until the playoffs to shore that mess up. We probably get PNG first round and if we can't contain a running QB, we'll be dribbling basketballs after 1st round. The NC and Porter games for BH are toss up games. If we play like 90% of the season, I see BH winning, but if we show up like we did against Crosby and 1st half last week, BH will lose. Good luck boys and keep it rolling.
