You sound really stupid. You don't know how I raised my son. He was in the band for 4 yrs which took a lot of time and was similar to having a full time job. This year he is the  band president which gave him extra duties. His academics came first, that's why he has gotten an academic scholarship to Baylor University. ;)

18 is a kid to me. I have a kid that is 17 and he wiill be a kid when he is 18. He is very immature.

That is a lie. I said a white supervisor did not have the credentials of the black nurses, yet she was the person of authority. There were others that were qualified and more knowledge that wanted the job. I never said I wanted it.. I would never apply for a supervisory position, because I am a rebel even when comes to my job.
